Bardzo miła pani na recepcji spełniła moją prośbę o wcześniejszym zameldowaniu. Dziękuję bardzo. Polecam ten hotel. Położenie idealne, 50 metrów od Ostrej Bramy i starego miasta.

Die Zimmer müssten saniert werden, vorallem der Teppichboden.
The location of the hotel is good, nothing in the city was very far away.
The room (#204) was large enough, clean and was quiet during the night.
The cleaning staff were very attentive and made sure I had what I needed.
There is no on-site reception person from 10pm to 8am, you have to call an off-site person if you need something during those hours.
During the week I asked them to arranged for a taxi to pick me up on Friday (at 4:45am) for an early flight at the airport.
A half hour after taxi was supposed to arrive it still had not shown up.
Called the off-site reception and they told me the taxi had been there, it had not.
Had to go across the street to another hotel to arrange for a taxi.
They advertise that there is a phone in the room but you cannot make outside calls from the room and they can't/won't transfer a call from outside to your room.
I had someone try to call me and the hotel wouldn't put the call through to my room nor did they pass along the message from the person who called to let me know that they called.

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, miljöö upea. Huoneessa(ni) (3.kerros) oli valtava terassi. Sijanti oli hyvä, lähellä Auringonnousun porttia, ja melko lähellä juna-asemaa. Koodilukitus ovissa hyvä.

Perfectly located just outside the old town. The airport bus stop is directly next to the hotel which was a big plus. While the room was a little dated, it didn't miss anything and was super clean. Staff were excellent as well. Would definitely recommend.

Chambre donnant sur la rue avec bruits de circulation permanent, même la fenêtre fermée.
Odeur d'égout quand on allume l'eau de la douche et moisissures sur les joints. Au moment de me coucher, je constate que le matelas est particulièrement inconfortable, très mou et sans soutien. Je regarde sous le matelas et constate plusieurs lattes dégradées, et un pied de lit tordu, probablement à l'origine de ce lit très inconfortable. Je me suis levée avec le dos douloureux.
En plus d'un emballage qui trainait sous le lit....
Les toilettes de l'accueil étaient sales lorsque je les ai utilisées.

The room is uncomfortable, below ground level, stuffy, not very clean, very narrow beds
We stayed in a spacious studio room with a small kitchenette. The location is superb, with a supermarket nearby, and the breakfast had a nice variety. Our room also had a Lavazza coffee machine, and there is a free coffee machine available in the lobby, which was a nice touch.
The main issue was sleeping comfort. The mattress was very hard and seemed to lack a proper comfort layer, so we could actually feel the springs. The pillows were also extremely firm.
For light sleepers, it is also worth noting that in our room the curtains did not fully block the light from outside, and both the air conditioning and the refrigerator were quite noisy.

La moquette sarebbe da rimuovere perche porta polvere e non si puo mai pulire correttamente, il bagno molto vecchio sarebbe da modernizzare considerando la struttura.

Lage direkt an der Altstadt, Bushaltestelle für Linie 88 direkt vor der Tür, damit auch unkomplizierte Anbindung zum Flughafen Vilnius; Hauptbahnhof in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen
als Kleinigkeit gegen zu viel romantische Barock-Verzückung: Der Blick auf das verfallene Gebäude direkt neben dem Hotel; dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts
für unsere An- und Abreisezeit war es unerheblich, trotzdem der Hinweis, dass die Rezeption persönlich nur von 08.00 bis 20.00 Uhr besetzt ist und ansonsten telefonisch bzw. über WhatsApp erreichbar
