Great base for sightseeing
Pros:

The staff was incredibly polite and definitely a major highlight of our stay. The location is also fantastic—it makes sightseeing so easy because everything is close by, allowing you to easily explore the whole city. On top of that, everything was clean.

Cons:

The extra sofa bed was flimsy, loud, stained, and incredibly hard to sleep on.
The pool area looks much better in photos. But for us, the main issue was the opening hours. It closes early, at 8 PM and opens at 10am, meaning you completely miss the chance to unwind there after a full day of exploring the city. Also, when I actually went there before 8 pm, it was already closed and covered up.

Pros:

L’appartamento è carino e pulito, il personale molto disponibile ,anche la posizione non è male.

Cons:

Purtroppo nel bagno c’era sempre cattivo odore di scarico,secondo la mia esperienza ho notato che negli scarichi mancano i sifoni. Se mettono i sifoni risolvono il problema.

Perfectly average.
Pros:

The location was great. We were kept out of our room for about a half hour one night due to a fire alarm being pulled.

Cons:

The location to receive the key was about two blocks downhill from the location of our room - so we walked up to the room with all of our bags only to be sent back to the place to get the key and then back up the hill again.

Pros:

Nice apartment, well located, clean and amenable. Friendly and helpful staff, I appreciate it!

Cons:

A bit expensive given there are no services (no daily cleaning, no breakfast), and the size is on the smaller side.

Really great stay
Pros:

Everything was great. We stayed just one night but we had everything we needed.
Well equipped apartment with everything you need. Comfortable beds, very Nice location, well connected. You have nice supermarkets and cafes nearby.

Location near Atocha for day trips to Segovia a nf Toledo. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and very comfortable!
Pros:

A really nice, modern, and comfortable place near the central station. Great access, and the easy check-in/out process made everything seamless. The pool is on the smaller side but still a great bonus. We especially loved the terrace, which was super comfortable and useful!

Cons:

Nothing negative to say - everything was perfect for us!
