Great central location, quiet neighbourhood, lovely apartment
Pros:

Location great for Art galleries etc. Apartment was lovely and well equipped.

Cons:

Balcony area was a bit grubby and dirty

Excellent room size and facilities. We had everything needed for a 10 night stay.
Location near Atocha for day trips to Segovia a nf Toledo. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and very comfortable!
Pros:

A really nice, modern, and comfortable place near the central station. Great access, and the easy check-in/out process made everything seamless. The pool is on the smaller side but still a great bonus. We especially loved the terrace, which was super comfortable and useful!

Cons:

Nothing negative to say - everything was perfect for us!

Comfortable apartment in a great location for having a quiet stay while being well connected.
Pros:

Great location, very close to Atocha station, Retiro, Reina Sofia etc. Nice residential neighbourhood location, decent supermarkets on the corner. Lovely roof terrace and a decked area downstairs by the small pool, which was quite shaded if the terrace gets too hot! Room was clean and comfortable, small lounge area separated by a screen door. Good sized bathroom, nice toiletries, powerful shower.

Cons:

Not much to complain about! I would stay with this chain again based on this experience. A few more dishwasher tablets in the cleaning kit would have been good as had quite a long stay.

Apartment was clean and well located for the station but very lacking in any small welcoming touches
Pros:

location, clean, convenient

Cons:

described as a self catering apartment where they didn't really want you to self cater. two coffee pods and two small milk pods for a whole week. one toilet roll, no instructions to work anything, a tiny amount of washing up liquid, no information folder with emergency contact numbers, very basically equipped kitchen, balcony would have benefitted from a roller blind in 35 degree heat, expensive for what we got, wouldnt use them again.

Excellent location, super comfortable and clean apartment !
Pros:

Excellent location, super handy as it's very near Atocha Station.
pool and jacuzzi there but we did not get to use it, lack of time, but great feature !
Rooms super comfy and 2 bathrooms and kitchen and coffee machine there, very very comfortable !

Cons:

nothing, it was all perfect ! Would definitely book again & recommend to anyone !

Week-end familial à Madrid
Pros:

La personne nous ayant accueillis le premier jour était très aidante et sympathique. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir notre chambre prête en avance et nous avons pu y accéder dès notre arrivée. La piscine a le mérite d'exister mais elle est petite et la "pool area" est vraiment réduite. Les appartements sont propres et fonctionnels. Le prix me paraît élevé mais c'était de loin la meilleure affaire lors de notre séjour.

Cons:

La luminosité de la salle de bain est quasi inexistante. Bien que l'hôtel se situe "à proximité" des zones touristiques, il reste très excentré, et le moindre déplacement vers les premières choses à voir prend du temps !

Prima basic hotel, mooi centraal gelegen met winkels en horeca in de buurt. Ruim balkon en whirlpool beschikbaar. Vriendelijke en attent personeel.
