The breakfast was good, great location to explore the city. Decor is more traditional style but comfortable. The staff were very welcoming.

The external AC machine beside our room was quite loud at night and vibrated on the wall.

Very enjoyable family stay in centre of Chiang Mai

Would recommend staying here for the location, staff and cleanliness.
Pros:

Great location close to amenities and the old town. Nice places to eat and drink close by and very helpful staff. The pool area was nice and the rooms had a nice traditional feel.

Cons:

The room was very hot and took a long time to cool down. But the aircon switched off if you took the key so it didn't stay cool. The refrigerator gave off a lot of heat.

Il bagno enorme, la piscina, la posizione entrale comoda per visitare i templi e i mercati, la colazione abbondante.

Cons:

Aggiungere forse alla colazione piu cibo dolce, climatozzare/schermare meglio le camere

Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great central location. The room was very spacious. When we arrived there was a minor issue with the room, however the staff quicly resolved this by giving us another room without fuss. Rooms are very large and well equipped. Breakfast is a good choice of hot and cold dishes and the pool is excellent. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Nothing. Our minor problem was quicly resolved by the staff.

Vacation Location!
Pros:

Excellent location, within easy walking distance to markets, temples etc. Great breakfast, with plenty of fruit, staff very pleasant. Room was clean. No wasting money on taxis or tuk tuks.

Cons:

I personally like a window in my bedroom, window was in the bathroom, as you open door bed is right in front of you. If you are into aesthetics, it can be a bit off putting however, value for money, location and breakfast is worth setting those things aside.

Bon séjour, la piscine ferme un peu tôt (19h) mais suffisant pour un court séjour.
