Os quartos do último andar não tem muita pressão na água do chuveiro e tem um barulho constante (tipo um exaustor) no telhado (mesmo assim, o quarto é muito bom).

Banheiro não estava muito limpo. Pia entupida e mosca morta no box. Em outra oportunidade encontrei tracas.

Limpeza, tinha marcas de sapato na parede em frente ao vaso sanitário, trincas nos azulejos, vazamento do box que deixava o piso do banheiro molhado e escorregadio, porta enroscava ao abrir, elevador em manutenção por dois dias, nada justifica 5 estrelas.

Quando chegamos a pessoa que estava na recepção não parecia saber como proceder para encontrar a reserva do Booking, talvez porque eu a tinha feito em algum pouco tempo antes de chegar no hotel. Mais uma vez, acho o café de manhã bom mas com um preço meio alto para o que oferece.
