Hotel donde olvidan hacer servicio de habitaciones
Pros:

La unicación y el tamaño del hotel, justo y preciso. También a ubicación, excelente barrio

Cons:

La limpieza. No me hiceron el servicio de habitacion el Sábado, simplemente por flojera y desidia. Esto es inaceptable, que se olviden de hacer las habitaciones

Custo benefício muito bom, apenas o café da manhã precisa melhorar.

Recepcionista uma querida, atendimento impecável, quarto amplo e limpeza

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo no geral, menos o café da manhã, tudo estava com aspecto estranho, como se não fosse fresco, pães duros, tudo meio bagunçado, ressecado e gosto estranho.

Quando reservei não estava indicado no booking que a reserva era sem café da manhã. Sempre que reservo hospedagem em hotel o café está incluso (com exceção do IBIS).

Lugar maravilhoso pra descansar, trabalhar, contemplar
Pros:

Yopro no frigobar e barrinhas de proteína no minibar. Roupão, cama, lençóis muito confortáveis e cheirosos. Produtos de higiene muito bons. Interruptor só para o exaustor. Decoração de tudo estava encantadora (quarto, hotel interno e externo, academia, restaurante, salão de beleza...). Atendimento excelente! Conforto e luminosidade do quarto!

Cons:

A pintura do rodapé ao lado da cama estava bem descascada. O lixo do banheiro não tinha tampa.

gostei do Kenny ( recepção) que foi muito solicito/paciente no meu pedido de mudança de quarto. Parabens pra ele! A sala de ginastica é bem boa.

Cons:

cama mole, janelas do quarto muito sujas, barulho da avenida, quarto frio e sem graça. Achei as comodides muito abaixo da minha expectativa e não pareciam em nada com as fotos da propriedade. Achei que por ser localizado em um bairro nobre de porto alegre, os quartos seriam muito melhores. Vou com frequência pra POA e achei que finalmente tinha achado um lugar legal pra ficar. Fiquei muito decepcionada.
