Pros:

Sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch das Dinner ist zu empfehlen. Im Pub kann man den Abend in netter Atmosphäre ausklingen lassen. 👍

Great place to stay, attentive staff and great value.
Pros:

We needed to be in Tregaron for a meeting so the location was perfect. The rooms were excellent for the price, the shower was powerful and the restaurant was very good. Everything was good value also.

Cons:

Everything was great, if pushed the room I had was extremely hot, the shower gel seemed to be hand soap and the dining room was practical but lacked the character of the rest of the hotel.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. A young very dedicated team. Travelling with two dogs, the dogs got some special treats they absolutely loved. It’s all in the details and we highly recommend this place

Pros:

I only stayed there for 1 night but I really enjoyed it. Tracy who greeted me was bubbly,friendly
& efficient. The food in the evening was delicious & the service exceptional despite that I had elected to sit outside watching the sunset whilst enjoying my food. Breakfast was again very enjoyable & it was in with the price I paid. I was travelling around Wales on my motorbike & would highly recommended the Y Talbot hotel in Tregaron as a place to stay to my fellow motorcyclist.

Cons:

Only 1 little point, my single bed in room 4 had a very soft mattress & it seemed to slope to the right hand side

Wonderful find of a pub stay in West Wales
Pros:

Good room, exceptionally fine bathroom with wonderful shower. Dinner was better and cheaper than the following night at what was supposed to be one of the finest restaurants in Wales. Chatty friendly locals in the bar. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful - special thank you for the return of Kindle by post. Would easily stay here again, or go out of my way to stop here.

Cons:

What could have been better? Nothing really. If I really wanted to nit-pick, I could disagree with their choice of guest ales, but that's really pushing it.
