Très bruyant ( chambre à côté ascenseur et beaucoup de bruits extérieurs) . Fenêtre devait rester ouverte car pas de climatisation

Schlecht organisiertes Frühstück. Einzelreisende wurden aufgrund einer Reisegruppe beim Frühstück vertröstet trotz fester Abreisezeiten während die Mitglieder der Reisegruppe genüsslich gefrühstückt haben und sich dann gefragt haben, was sie nun in den nächsten zwei Stunden bis zum ersten Programmpunkt noch machen sollen.

La limpieza de la habitación consiste en colgarte las toallas y hacer la cama. Tuve que pedir en recepción específicamente varias veces que me cambiaran toallas y sábanas, además solo daban 1 toalla de manos y 1 toalla de ducha, éramos 2.
La climatización no funciona adecuadamente y entra luz por todas partes.
Para un servicio así el precio es desorbitado.
En general el hotel es excelente, el valor agregado es la atención del personal.
