Great location. Room has everything needed. Cafe where you can grab a quick breakfast right under/next to the hotel. Staff is very helpful. I would stay there again.

Clean efficient just what we needed
The staff were so pleasant and helpful and the location was superb. It made many fringe venues easily accessible.
Room was basic but large and airy and bed was comfortable.
I have some mobility issues but there were no problems in the hotel.
Clean but felt a little tired around the edges in some places.
Prices are obviously high during the festival and it compared favourably with other hotels but doesn't make £250 a night any easier to pay.
Good location.
The bed was probably as bad as it gets. I've never slept in a bed that soft before. The mattress was awful with big dips where you lay. Both my wife and I had backache and neckache in the morning. The staff seemed unconcerned when we told them the next day. We didn't get back to the hotel until late the night before. Only stayed 1 night. This was expensive for 1 night as well. I would avoid this hotel if you can. Terrible night's sleep.
Otelin konumu tek kelime ile mükemmel. Tam merkezde ve her yere yürüyerek ulaştık. Konum dışında otel çok temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlarun hepsi de güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.
Oda camları açılmıyordu maalesef. Sabit kapalı yapmışlar. Odamızı havalandırmak istedik ama maalesef mümkün olmadı. Klima temiz havanın yerini tutmuyor.

La relación calidad-precio no nos pareció adecuada. Considerando el precio de la estadía, esperábamos un nivel de servicio y de atención a los detalles bastante superior.
El baño, por ejemplo, no contaba con jabón y tuvimos que solicitar que lo repusieran. Tampoco había toalla para el piso; en su lugar, había un cartel indicando que debía pedirse en recepción. Son detalles básicos que uno esperaría encontrar resueltos de antemano, especialmente tratándose de un alojamiento que no era económico.
En general, la experiencia se sintió bastante precaria en comparación con el precio pagado.
