My first room AC did not work quite well. They wasted no time moving me to another room. The AC worked very well. I just didn't like having to repack

Awfully hot and dirty stay - old unwatchable TV and charge you electric and water
Pros:

nothing.

Cons:

the penthouse was dirty and crawling with bugs, smelt damp and the air con isn’t enough to cool you down from this sauna. you will not find comfort in the heat in this building as the door to the balcony does not fully close.
NO there is NOT a hot tub it’s a bath.
they charge you electricity and water which is not mentioned on the booking - we booked 14 days and could only handle staying 5 nights and had to book somewhere else. they told us the estimate for a month electricity and water was 700-1400 baht and then charged us 3000 baht at the end of our stay when we only stayed for 5 nights instead of 14. i personally would AVOID this place at all costs.

Pros:

Nice quieter part of town, plenty of places to eat and drink only 5minutes taxi to the east gate and markets.

Cons:

Sadly the apartment we were in #611 was in a state of disrepair. Had a new air conditioning unit fitted recently. The kettle and cooking facilities worked well. But the freezer door was missing turning the whole fridge into a freezer, the TV was missing all it's buttons and was connected to fresh air so a night watching a film or chilling was out of the question. Left early due to finding bedbugs sucking on my girlfriends bum 2 nights in a row.

The owner still haven’t replied me and neither was willing to refund or give me an option for another room. Instead he is ignoring me since the first day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH !!!!
