the penthouse was dirty and crawling with bugs, smelt damp and the air con isn’t enough to cool you down from this sauna. you will not find comfort in the heat in this building as the door to the balcony does not fully close.
NO there is NOT a hot tub it’s a bath.
they charge you electricity and water which is not mentioned on the booking - we booked 14 days and could only handle staying 5 nights and had to book somewhere else. they told us the estimate for a month electricity and water was 700-1400 baht and then charged us 3000 baht at the end of our stay when we only stayed for 5 nights instead of 14. i personally would AVOID this place at all costs.

The room was clean and staff were accommodating. Had water bottles prepared for us in the fridge and ice bag in the freezer. Bathroom had shampoo and body wash prepared. Kitchen had dishes soap to wash our dishes. Extra blanket and pillow was stored behind the mirror/extra storage space. Love the view as the condo is on the 15th floor which is the highest. Like the 3level condo. Ground level is where the kitchen, lounge, balcony and toilet. Kitchen has pan, plates, cups, everythingyou need to cook your own meal. 2nd floor is 1st bedroom with a double bed large mirror/ storage and draws, along with bathroom, washing machine and 2nd balcony. 3rd floor is another double bed with desks. Each floor had air-condition on its own. Response from the staff were pretty fast. Ahh and the screen doors are great as it helps the mosquitoes to stay out. Also Min can speak English so very helpful for those who don't speak Thai. Thank you Min, will come back and stay here again when we come back to Chiang Mai Thailand.
What would be better if there are a couple of spare towels as we were a family of 4 and there was only 4 towels. If short stay then if would be fine but we were long stay, which means we had to wash it each time we need to use it. Also didn't realised its a condo not a hotel or motel but maybe I missed the message? The condo is own by different people. Not a big deal but good to know. There were a minor wear and tear in the room like the mess screen sliding door. 2x small holes just need to be patched and second floor sliding door and screen door just need to be fixed as it was a tad hard to open and close. Lastly the artificial plants, I don't think the room need to have them as the room is beautiful already. Also all the plants are loosing its leaves and the metal that poked out can a hazards. Apart from that the condo was beyond our expectation.

It’s not what I expected . The photos from booking.com it look new and clean but it totally different from the photos .
no response from booking. Com massage when I send them massage.
Front door handle were broken , floor it dirty , old TV , no WiFi , sliding door are not close properly, water not warm enough , the nail on the floor by the front of the bathroom was piping out . I would not recommend this place to anyone . Thinks again before booking this place and read the comment before you booking.

The condo was nice and comfy but need a little maintenance, we have been in this building 8 years ago and nothing seem to improve over the years.
The room was way to hot. And very high charges for the electricity.
No room clean, was promised once per week, not cleaned once.
The wifi was awful, would not stream anything, had to buy my own sim card to get the correct internet.
The staircase was a death trap, no banister, very slipper, I actually fell down it.

Good location for my purpose. Love the fact it had a little coffee shop on the ground floor and the staff were great.
AC in the bedrooms did not work on the first night so had to sleep on the sofa. WiFi had to be hot spotted by a mobile phone however this could not be unlocked and was not sorted before I left so had to use my own hot spot from my personal phone. Bars are very close and can be heard as windows and balcony doors do not seal when closed.
It was a lovely Afternoon. Exceptional views. Lovely comfortable beds.
No Wi fi. No hot water. TV in sitting room didn't work. Hairdryer didn't work.

There was no hot water in the shower, contacted the owner multiple times about it, didn't believe us. Good thing it was on the last couple nights
