Ok para dormir por uma noite, mas não ficaria de novo.
Pros:

Recepcionista bem atenciosa e simpática, disposta a ajudar sempre;
Café e chá liberado 24/7;
Ponto de transporte na porta do hotel;
Foi liberado o quarto antes do horário de checkin.

Cons:

Quarto não parecia o das fotos;
Box muito pequeno;
Não havia sabonete no dispenser;
Cama com colchão desconfortavel;
Hotel com muito barulho e pessoas em situação de rua nos arredores.

Great location, but disappointing stay because of air conditioning problem.
Pros:

Friendly staff, OK bed and bathroom.

Cons:

Big problem: The air conditioning was either too much or too little, as the thermostat wasn't working. I brought it up multiple times each day, but no one on site could fix it, and the offsite person never showed up. So, each night I had to either freeze (leaving the a.c. on) or shut the system off and had to open the window for any air. It very much compromised my stay. I never was offered another room, a discount, or the honesty that this problem was beyond the staff's skill set.

An investment should be made to relocate to a better location.
Pros:

I liked the staff. The streetcar stopped in front of the hotel door. it was near a nice mall.

Cons:

As a single woman traveling alone, I was in the last room at the end of the hall. The hotel was too accessible by anyone. too many addicts in the immediate area.

Pros:

unico elemento positivo è la posizione, a downtown a poche fermate di bus/tram da  Young square. Sconsigliato da fare a piedi, specie la sera, per la presenza di gruppi di tossicodipendenti.

Cons:

la stanza è piccolissima, posta al livello strada, molto rumorosa per il passaggio di auto e persone. Impossibile aprire la finestra, ha i vetri bloccati e l'unica presa d'aria è data da un vecchio condizionatore rumorosissimo (v. foto). Se lo spegni non entra aria in camera. Danno una sola asciugamano per persona che dovrebbe servire per viso e corpo!!! Il bagno è piccolissimo, la doccia scomoda e poco pulita.

Il personale è spesso completamente assente e l'hotel è lasciato per ore completamente incustodito.

Cons:

De lokatie beviel me niet heel veel Zwervers in de buurt van het hotel. En tijdens de 3 nachten die ik verbleef had ik 3 spinnen plat gedrukt.
Dus zo schoon was het niet. Geen aan rader om daar te boeken.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja pod względem komunikacyjnym. Spokojna okolica. Przystanek tramwajowy przed samym hotelem. 4 prz

Bardzo pomocny i życzliwy personel. Całodobowo dostępna możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy lub herbaty.

Cons:

Brak windy i wąskie schody przy dużej walizce były bardzo nieporęczne. Nie było także możliwości zakupienia wody w butelkach -pomimo oferty - gdyż akurat się skończyła.
