Propre et confortable

Besoin d'un peu de rénovations dans les chambres
Comme c'était pour affaire j'ai demandé une facture 2x (avec adresse courriel pour qu'on me l'envoie) et j'ai appelé aussi une autre fois. On m'a dit de rappeler parce que la personne était occupée j'ai rappelé 2x et pas de réponse et pas de facture officiel de l'établissement.

The staffs!
Pros:

The staffs were incredibly nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location, surrounded by homeless. Very scary at night.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Close to many things. We just needed a room for the night, nothing fancy and this did the trick. The building also has a lot of fun interesting historical history. We would stay again

A Convenient Suite in Cabbagetown
Pros:

It was a nice, private suite with everything needed for a great trip. It easily accommodated the 4 of us. Close to Parliament Street and Allan Gardens. Walking distance to many downtown attractions. The kitchenette was convenient .

Cons:

The air conditioner was a bit high and we weren't sure how to turn it down.

Robbing company
Pros:

Absolutely disgusting business and hotel.
I went 05/05/2025 to 08/05/2025 (I didn’t stay a single night) advertised on booking.com and looked nothing like the images. Unsafe location with crackheads walking in and out, and absolutely rotten.
Told the hotel manager I felt unsafe and did not want to stay, agreed a partial refund and still have not received a penny. All staff and manager online are dismissive and rude and booking.com are a waste of time too. Refuse to refund me but will happily continue to promote the hotel and allow them to make money.
Do not stay!!!!

Would not come back.
Cons:

Parking. We booked this hotel because of the 24 hour front desk, since we knew we’d be arriving very late. We came from New jersey and arrived at the hotel, almost 9 hour drive, to find out no parking is available on premise. One of the reasons for booking was also parking on site. We were told to go across the street to see if the near by lots are open for parking. unfortunately since it was 2am, nothing was open in a walkable distance. Didn’t spend the night at the hotel, but instead our car since parking at the site was nonexistent.

The staff were so lovely and made my stay really enjoyable and were helpful and comforting

Cons:

The location isn’t in the best place, there’s a drug shelter down a block and there were times I felt uncomfortable getting late. The toilet didn’t flush and my room was only cleaned once during a 4 night stay. Even then they didn’t fix the toilet issue and left it as is.
