Best hotel in Hanoi
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, very close to the city centre, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. A special mention to Sam at reception, who was absolutely lovely and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

Pros:

Bon petit dejeuner. Emplacement central

Cons:

Salle de bain inondée des qu'on prend une douche. Beaucoup de bruit venant du couloir toute la nuit. Personnel a la réception comprenant parfois peu l'anglais. Chambre exiguë avec fenêtre donnant sur la chambre voisine.
