Kebersihan toilet / WC duduk.. jarang dibersihkan saat checj out dan tidak ada pemeriksaan akhir. Saat kamar dinyatakan siap terima tamu

Gaten en vlekken in lakens.
Keiharde kussens
Gaten in gordijnen
Vuile borden en glazen bij ontbijt
Geen bestek en na vragen vuil bestek.
Alles is vies
1 halve rol wc papier
Wc bril kapot. Douchecel vies
Douche koud
Geen schoonmaak of schone. Handdoeken na een nacht geslapen te hebben.
Alarm geluid ook na erover te hebben geklaagd
Veel lawaai van straat.
Over het algemeen een vreselijk outdated en sleets hotel.

lowkey the military discount was a nice detail I noticed on the way out. small thing but the kind of thing that tells you something about a place. teriyaki chicken was good and the sauce tasted homemade. came on a weekday and got seated right away.

I would like you to recommend to stay and maybe It'll be your first choice if you go to bandung
Pros:

The first time i went inside the hotel is welcoming and comfy, the staff are nice too.
I more attracted to the big fish on restaurant area, so we could eat breakfast while watching the fish.
When i enter the room, it smells nice, so welcoming & clean, the bed is so comfy like mine at home, that make me don't want to leave and stay for another night.
The price is affordable for having the room include breakfast.
The location also near BIP, only walk for 5 minutes. So i don't have to look for place to visit after leave the hotel.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had excellent service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet has lots of options, all of them tastes good and filling. Will stay here again on my next visit

Absolutely terrible

Reception staff tried to help.

Cons:

Windows didnt close properly for a start, making the rooms very loud to the traffic outside. Ended up having to take a smoking room which was very unpleasant as non smokers, the room smelt disgusting. The ceiling was leaking water all over the floor, cigarette burns all over the carpets. Shower only had luke warm water, overall felt like a very dirty room. I messaged asking for a refund for the night when the ceiling was leaking all night as they had no other rooms, i was offered an emergency room with no aircon and no working bathroom and they were unable to move me to another hotel, but i never got a reply. Terrible experience in this hotel!

good hotel
Pros:

average standard hotel in bandung, not pricy, comfy and the location is very great, with strategic location, near to so many placedls to hang out. but theres a problem with the room, the bathroom, the carpet full of ciggarete marks, but so far its a good hotel

A Whole Smell Good Experience
Pros:

I really like how Serela smell, juga staffnya yang ramah dan helpful!

The soap and shampoo are also good, gak bikin rambut kering. AC-nya nyala dan dalam keadaan dingin, gak neko-neko, all gooooooood! Would definitely go here when in Bandung

Like the food
Pros:

For bfast, i do recommend to stay here. Even variant gak banyak, tp taste ok.

Tapi mungkin karna ini hotel lama, untuk kondisi kamar 3/5 lah ya beberapa kamar. Hopefully they can upgrade the condition. Sayang aja dengan brandingan Serela.

But i loved the food and location so strategic
