Wonderful staff: The staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to surprise my daughter with a complimentary birthday cake, and they addressed our room's socket issue quickly.
Great amenities: We really enjoyed the good executive lounge, and the breakfast was delicious.
Excellent comfort: The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

Minor issue: The electrical sockets in the room did not function initially, though the team resolved it fast.

The hotel was great, comfortable and overall lovely to stay at.

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Shenzhen 蛇口。The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with comfortable rooms and great facilities.

What impressed me the most was the outstanding service. Every waiter and staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They were always welcoming, quick to help, and made us feel valued throughout our stay.

The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and every meal we had at the hotel was well prepared and flavorful. There was something for everyone, and the quality exceeded our expectations.
