A bit small and expensive in comparison to other local hotels

The app check in does not work. My first night, I spent about an hour trying to assist another guest who was unable to check in. This guest did not speak English or German, but thankfully another guest came that spoke his language and could help. The second night, a similar thing happened and I had to help another guest get checked in. Another guest mentioned this was a common occurrence.

There were supposed to be staff available to help both of these times, but I didn’t see any staff for my entire stay.

Vaig demanar a Booking que em cancel.lessin una de les dues habitacions que tenia reservades. En arribar a l'hotel ho vaig dir però em van dir que ho havia de demanar a booking..La qüestió és que he hagut de pagar una habitació de més que no he utilitzat. Certament que era sense reemborsament, però és que no tan sols hem van contestar, i a l'hotel estavem disposats a no cobrar els diners. En fi.

No staff before 9am and after 6 pm we had an emergency w safe deposit box one evening nobody at the hotel to help finally got the main number to answer and they da is next morning at 6.30 am somebody will be there
At 8.30 we started to call finally somebody arrive at 9am we ask to please help us w the safe and the woman said I need to open the reception first and do my work at that time we were waiting not knowing if somebody had gotten into the safe and stole every thing
Finally after 1/2 hour we got upset and demand for the woman to please come upstairs she did but complaining all the time it took her two minute to open the safe luckily all was there
But the building was open ( back door) and it said no n the card that reception is open from 7am to 10 pm
I will never recommend this hotel
I have a heart condition and this upset me a lot

Das andauernd Englisch gesprochen wurde, obwohl wir in Salzburg/Österreich sind, dachte bin im Ausland

Nie było wyraźnego komunikatu, że recepcja jest czynna do 18.00, a po tej godzinie zameldować się możne wyłącznie przez aplikację i również za jej pomocą można będziecie wejść do budynku i do pokoju. Nie wiedzieliśmy o tym i około 40 min. staliśmy przez wejściowymi drzwiami i na wszelkie sposoby próbowali wejść do środka. Nie powiem, że było to miłe doświadczenie. Pomogli nam inni mieszkańcy hotelu, którzy właśnie wchodzili do budynku. W kolejnym dniu widzieliśmy, jak inni turyści, podobnie jak my dzień wczsśniej, stali przed wejściowymi drzwiami i ptóbowali dostać się do środka.

Vloer was erg vies

It was an expensive room for what it was. I found other options that I liked much better for the rest of my stay. I didn't like the location at all. It was a very darkly decorated room which does not appeal to me. The AC kept going off in the middle of the night even though I kept getting up and turning it back on. It would still keep shutting off on its own.
