Comfy and classy Salzburg stay!
Pros:

We loved the underfloor heating in the bathrooms and how classy and clean the room was!

Cons:

Not a fault of the hotel but we had 2 large suitcases and there is no place to have them in the rooms as they are small - grateful there was a lift!

Ok ...
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war super,man war gleich am Bahnhof nach ca 10 min Fußweg.
Auch an der Salzach war man in 5 min.
Entlang der Salzach kan man wunderbar in die Altstadt gehen.
Damen an der kleinen Rezeption waren bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht so toll... Verkalkte und teilweise schwarz gefärbte Amaturen und Duschköpfe.
Auch das WC hatte bestimmt schon mal sauberere Tage....bei der Wasserspülung alles dunkelbraun und schmutzig.
Die Putzdamen waren nicht gerade freundlich ... und haben sich desinteressiert verhalten wie man auch auf den Zimmern merken konnte.
Das Zimmer zur Strassenseite hin war extrem laut direkt an der stark befahrenen Strasse gelegen, Fenster konnte man nicht offen lassen ....

Cons:

Arrivati in albergo verso le ore 16.50 non siamo riusciti ad entrare. Fortunatamente ci ha aperto un cliente con la chiave elettronica.
Entrati nella hall non c'era personale ad accoglierci ed il check in era da fare su un computer. Abbiamo inserito i dati della prenotazione ma il computer indicava che erano errati. Abbiamo provato più volte ma senza successo.
Ho chiamato a mio carico il numero austriaco della struttura chiedendo aiuto. Mi hanno risposto che a loro non risultava nessuna prenotazione a mio nome. Alle 17.30 ho scritto a booking ed alle 17.33 ho ricevuto una vostra mail che confermava la prenotazione, che ho girato alla struttura.
Dopo diverse telefonate, sempre a mio carico, la struttura ha confermato la prenotazione, ma non riusciva a stampare la chiave elettronica.
Verso le 18.25 hanno quindi aperto da remoto la porta della camera, ma senza la chiave fisica la camera era senza corrente.
UN INCUBO.
Due clienti dopo di noi hanno subito la stessa situazione. Siamo andati a fare una passeggiata per calmare la tensione, al nostro ritorno c'era una persona che ci ha fatto regolarmente il check in.
Sarebbe utile che il check in col computer venga segnalato in fase di prenotazione e un rimborso per il disagio sarebbe gradito. Grazie.
