From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.

Please note that for guests requiring a tax invoice in the name of their company upon check-out, please email a request to the accommodations. Please allow 14 working days for the property to process the request.
Incite Car parking space is limited, 15 cars only be able to park. It is free of charge. As its first come first serve basis, we are not able to take a reservation for parking space.

Nice and decent hotel centrally located !

Pros:

The strategic location for tourists to explore penang esp Lebuh Armenian, Lebuh Chulia. But most of Georgetown's attraction is within the range and able to reach by foot.

Pros:

Great area, lovely helpful staff. Room made up every day. I would stay again.

Noise from the mosques. The website said Soundproofing, most definitely not. Not great lighting for reading in bed.

Good location but have low expectations from your room
Pros:

The check-in process was smooth and the location was fantastic.

Cons:

The walls were very thin and I couldn't sleep well at all. The room felt a bit claustro with a small window. The sheets and mattress could've been cleaner.

A great base for exploring George Town.
Pros:

Fantastic location within walking distance of almost every major attraction in George Town. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hawker stalls.

Good location and good value for money!
Pros:

Location was super, the room and bed were big and comfortable. Tourist taxes were reasonable

Cons:

Waiting for the lifts - only two lifts for a huge hotel and one was broken for the 3 days we were there!

Friendly staff, comfy room.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator and very slow.
You can hear everything in the room next door, above and outside the room. Very noisy so not good if you are a light sleeper.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก พนักงานน่ารักสุภาพ ห้องกว้างขวาง แต่ไม่แน่ใจว่าปกติทางโรงแรมให้ผ้าเช็ดตัวมั้ยหรือว่าลืมให้ โดยรวมดีมากๆ

My room looked like a really nice prison cell

Great location

Cons:

It was damp and had a strong musty smell throughout my stay. It was very dark, with no natural light except for a small window facing another building. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the ventilation was extremely poor.

The humidity in the room was so bad that the bed sheets felt wet, as if they had just come out of the washing machine. The mattress was also far too soft for comfort. I couldn't sleep at all during the night and ended up checking out after the first night, cancelling the rest of my stay.
