From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.
Please note that for guests requiring a tax invoice in the name of their company upon check-out, please email a request to the accommodations. Please allow 14 working days for the property to process the request.
Incite Car parking space is limited, 15 cars only be able to park. It is free of charge. As its first come first serve basis, we are not able to take a reservation for parking space.

i love the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is also located in a very strategic location. Right in the middle of the city. The staff is friendly. If i were to comment, probably the parking is a challenge but i was lucky to get a empty spot in front of the hotel entrance.

Location. It's within walking distance to most POI and eateries.
Staff are polite and willing to go out of their way to assist. Juz ask and they'll try their best! Carparks though 1st come 1st serve but is always available.
Shhhh.....and room rates are that reasonable for the room size!!

Noise from the mosques. The website said Soundproofing, most definitely not. Not great lighting for reading in bed.
The strategic location for tourists to explore penang esp Lebuh Armenian, Lebuh Chulia. But most of Georgetown's attraction is within the range and able to reach by foot.
Only one lift available as another under maintenance
The check-in process was smooth and the location was fantastic.
The walls were very thin and I couldn't sleep well at all. The room felt a bit claustro with a small window. The sheets and mattress could've been cleaner.

Fantastic location within walking distance of almost every major attraction in George Town. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hawker stalls.

Waiting for the lifts - only two lifts for a huge hotel and one was broken for the 3 days we were there!

Only 1 elevator and very slow.
You can hear everything in the room next door, above and outside the room. Very noisy so not good if you are a light sleeper.
