Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.

Please note that for guests requiring a tax invoice in the name of their company upon check-out, please email a request to the accommodations. Please allow 14 working days for the property to process the request.
Incite Car parking space is limited, 15 cars only be able to park. It is free of charge. As its first come first serve basis, we are not able to take a reservation for parking space.

Excellent location and value for money
Pros:

Strategic location. It is convenient to go nearby eateries and sightseeing on foot. Recommended to those not driving.

Cons:

The room soundproof is not so well. Not recommend to light sleeper.

Wi-Fiが使えないと書いている方もいますが、私は不便なく使えました！
部屋も清潔で、壁の色がかわいかったです。
フロントの方がみんな愛想良くて優しかったです。
何より立地が最高！
6月で暑い天気でしたが、ホテルで休憩をはさみながらジョージタウンを散策できて良かったです。

ホテルの隣のカフェが居心地も良くて気に入りました。

Cons:

壁が薄いのか、隣や廊下の音が気になりました。
シャワーの水栓がゆるいのか、たまに漏れていました。
シャンプーなどは持参した方が良さそうです。

Good value for money option to stay in the heart of Penang
Pros:

Good location with a convenience store within the premises that is open till late. Lots of eating options nearby within a walking distance.

The room was clean and comfortable plus the AC was effective. The bathroom was clean too and quite spacious.

Great value for money stay option in Penang!

Cons:

Nothing as such. But the House keeping will barge into your room at the time they decide to clean it even if your room is on DND.

Fantastic location and staff
Pros:

the location is fantastic. it has one of the best walkable location to all the good sights in Georgetown. the hotel has a nice old town feel. the staff at the reception are so friendly and helpful. The staff are great in helping the guests.

Cons:

since its a historic building at a heritage site, it would be good if some attention is paid to the upkeep of the building. the first toilet in the room given was not pleasant but they were quick to change and upgrade the room. Some wear and tear needs to be looked into.

Decent and clean. Good shower, provide hair dryer, ironing board, comfy and clean room. Suitable for short stay.
