Preis/Leistung passt, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir sind öfter hier, dieses Mal für 2,5 Wochen. Die Lage ist super, ggü. des Hotels befinden sich drei kleine Läden und auch zwei kleine Restaurants. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt, zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Das Hotelrestaurant ist außerdem sehr lecker und die Frühstücksauswahl gut.

Cons:

Dieses Mal hat mich verärgert, dass die Klima im Wohnzimmer nicht funktioniert hat und das Personal sogar offen zugegeben hat, davon zu wissen, aber nichts dagegen getan hat. Es wurde ganz stolz berichtet, dass die Klima im Schlafzimmer dafür prima funktioniert. Der Anspruch sollte sein, dass beide Klimaanlagen ihren Job machen und wir nicht auf Eiszeit im Schlafzimmer stellen müssen, dass es im Wohnzimmer nicht zu heiß wird.. immerhin wurde uns auf Wunsch ein Sonnenschirm vor der Tür zur Verfügung gestellt, weil wir sonst bei 30 Grad keinerlei Schatten auf der Terasse gehabt hätten.. außerdem sollte eine Einheitlichkeit bestehen, ob die Reinigungskräfte das Geschirr spülen, bei manchen Aufenthalten vorher wurde unser Geschirr gespült, dieses Mal nicht. Außerdem sind die Matratzen in allen Zimmern sehr hart.

There are much better hotels than this one
Pros:

Not much. The hotel is grubby and run down. I don't think my room has ever been refurbished. The bed was so uncomfortable it was impossible to sleep. The sheet was paper thin and the pillows just lumps of old foam

Cons:

The hotel was so bad I left and went to the Djerba beach hotel, just a little bit up the road. It has beach access and the food was way better.

Excelente hotel!
Pros:

Gostei de tudo! Hotel muito bonito, limpo e confortável. A piscina é excelente, muito bem cuidada e gigantesca! Perto da praia e de fácil acesso para outros pontos da ilha como Houmt Souk e Djerbahood!

Familiäre Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, grosszügiges Duplex Appartement, gemütliches Restaurant um das Schwimmbad, sehr gutes Abendessen. Eigener Strandabschnitt in 7 Gehminuten

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung und vieles ist da inkl Zubereitung Eierspeisen, jedoch hätte ich mir mehr Brot- und Früchteauswahl gewünscht.

Pros:

Nous avons été surclassé gracieusement, le personnel de l'accueil est super sympathique ainsi que ceux au service.
Le ménage est bien fait dans les chambres.

Cons:

La litterrie est un peu vieillotte également les serviettes de plage et de toilettes.
L'ambiance est froide entre les guest. Ca mériterait d'apporter un peu de touches d'ambiance et chaleur humaine.
Le petit déjeuner est moyen, répétitif et pas de bon produits... Quel dommage d'avoir du pain industriel ! Le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être clairement amélioré.

Quiet traditional hotel with great pool and friendly staff
Pros:

It was our 2nd time in this amazing hotel and we would love to come back another time. The hotel feels very cozy and the rooms are spacious and even have a small kitchen where you can make a snack if you want to.
We love the Tunisian architecture and the staff is really helpful.
The pool is great and it is just a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

We did enjoy having breakfast here every morning, though we feel that for a stay that is longer than one week, there could be just a bit more variety in the buffet. Also there is nearly no supplies in the kitchen, no salt, pepper or even a kettle, which you can rent but have to pay extra for. All in all it is just minor downsides to an otherwise really nice stay.
