Pros:

Wir waren für die Weltreiterspiele in Aachen angereist und zwei Nächte geblieben. Zimmer und Bad waren in Ordnung und sauber. Das Frühstück war sensationell gut. Große Auswahl, alles frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Ausstattung eher semi. Ein Stuhl für vier Personen ist etwas wenig. Aber wir waren ja nur zum Übernachten dort.
Ebenso ist die Erreichbarkeit semi gut. Telefonisch katastrophal, über den Chat auch schlecht. Ich hatte etwas liegen gelassen. Das hat 14 Tage und unzählige Nachrichten gedauert, bis ich es wieder hatte. Netterweise wurde mir auch noch eine Kulturtasche zugeschickt, die mir nicht gehört. Leider reagiert auf Nachfrage niemand, werde ich dann wohl entsorgen, Schade.

Die Ausstattung war runtergekommen.
Z.b Zimmer:
Viele Macken an Möbel und Wände
Abfluss verstopft. Matratze! Mit ekelhaften Flecken versehen.
Kein Hocker für Kinder zum höher stehen an Waschbecken im gesamten Hotel.
Lupenspiegel falsch angebracht -zu hoch/in Ecke, wo man nicht dran kommt.
Sauberkeit miserabel!
In der Spielhalle Spielzeuge teilweise kaputt oder abgespielt/ abgenutzt.
Bei Abgabe des Schlüssels: vom Chef keine schöne Verabschiedung.z.b. Frage hat es gefallen? Schön, dass Sie da waren. Gute weiterreise ...sehr enttäuschend, nur ein einfaches Danke kam,- mehr nicht!!!

Pros:

Nagyon tetszett, hogy át lehetett menni a hotelből a Brückenkopf parkba, a kislányunk nagyon jól érezte magát. Igazán gyermek barát a hely. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.

Cons:

A reggeli lehetne változatosabb, több napon keresztül kissé egyhangú.

Sauber, ruhig und zentral
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, Zimmer sind sauber, kostenlose Parkplätze.
Das Hotel ist eher für Familien mit Kindern ausgelegt, es gibt eine Indoorspielhalle und vieles Outdoor.

Cons:

Die Bäder sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Mein letzter Besuch dort war ein wenig länger her, jedoch war diesmal die Auswahl sehr Mau.
