I’d stay here again, but only for a night or two. Staff was very nice. Nice location. Love their rooftop bar. Lobby deco

It was OKAY
Pros:

The rooms are nice and clean .

Cons:

Elevators broke so only 2 work which really suck, takes way toooo long to get from your room to the lobby especially if you’re on a higher floor like the 12th. Had I known about the elevators I would not have stayed at this hotel. Not having enough working elevators for people to leave and come in a decent time is NOT OKAY! I stayed on the elevators for 20mins at one point cause it way too many people book and only 2 elevators is crazy !!!!

My stay over all was good convenient to downtown and other locations. I would stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The room was roomy and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I think it's time for an upgrade on your elevators. During our 2 nights stay, there were major issues with your elevators that made going up and down for everyone very uncomfortable.

Pros:

The location was great.....dead certain of the city and less than 10 mins away from the stadium. They view from the rooftop bar was amazing!!! And the breakfast was pretty good as well.

Cons:

It may be due to construction but the elevator took FOREVER. A good 8-10 min wait. I was on the 11th floor so the steps was not an option. The bathroom was very tight, had to squeeze in just to be able to close the door. The shower had no hot Water, just barely warm or all cold water. They could also afford to update the mattresses in the room.....they were definitely old and had no support. Lastly the room had a mild smoke/weird smell.

Can’t really say due to all of the remodeling going on. Very busy area though which was understandable due to the nature of this particular weekend

Cons:

When we arrived , there was dirty sheets and towels outside our door. Room was full of gnats and we were unable to change due to how packed the hotel was. Didn’t feel clean, I had a horrible time sleeping because the air conditioner constantly ran on and off all night.

La personne à l'accueil piochait de la nourriture dans un cornet en nous parlant. L'accès du parking à l'hôtel était en travaux il a fallu faire tout un détour avec nos valises pour nous rendre à l'hôtel sans aucune aide. La piscine extérieure est à banir car elle n'est pas propre et elle donne sur un parking. Cela ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles.

Not worth the $$. The Fairfield Inn in DT is way nicer.

Staff could barely handle reservations, when you walked in, no one welcomed you even when alone. Instead they talked to each other. The lobby was humid and not like the air wasn't working. The lobby waiting area for elevators was so dark. Elevators were barely working. The room bathroom was so outdated and moldy in the shower in places. All in all, the issue is when you charge almost $350+ a night and label it a part of The Meridien chain, it better show that way. It does not represent the brand well at all. It was obvious too.
