The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was nice, courteous, and professional.

Cons:

The elevator took so long to come and every elevator was full. There are 4 elevators at the property but we could not access them. We waited so long that we ended up taking the stairs. Having to carry all of our belongings down 12 flights of stairs was not a great way to end our stay.

Food and coffee were very poor quality. Additionally, we were traveling with a child, and unfortunately, we were given a room on the same floor as a group of intoxicated guests who were celebrating something. As a result, we were unable to sleep for much of the night. What was especially disappointing was that there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff regarding the situation.

Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Nice decor building is just old. Didn’t care for the brown in the room gave it a very old feel. Beds was to low. Would’ve been nice to lay in bed and look out the windows instead of feeling like I was on the floor looking up.
