Nice place
Pros:

The staff were very nice and the bird is really cool! We were able to book the day of and had no problems. The room was clean overall and comfortable.

Cons:

The room had a little bit of a mildew smell. An additional pillow would have been nice for the king bed

Great place to stay, conveniently located. clean and modern.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Probably the best breakfast from a hotel I ever stayed at. everything I had tasted great. everything was clean and presentable. The workers were making sure everything was filled and clean.

Cons:

Just little picky things like edges of the shower were not presentable well. But the overall room experience was great. The room was clean and modern looking. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

No pool , have too eat breakfast down stairs, I have a child that has social anxiety , he’s only five and that’s why I usually feed him in the room . When nighttime came, I asked if I can order a cot the lady at the desk, said that they do have cots but the manager hand them out, and the manager went home already so I was unable to get a cot .Also, when my two grandchildren woke up the next morning, the bad they were sleeping on, must have bedbugs because their arms and legs were fully bitten up. I did not get a refund or anything back. All I got was we will call the exterminator for that room. I ordered her hotel rooms every two weeks. I would never recommend that place to anyone.

Dirty bathroom.
Pros:

The bathroom was filthy. Long black hairs on the floor and in the shower. Also a gross stained towel or rag on the shower shelf. Gross!

The Live Music & Buffalo Downtown Location
Pros:

I come to Buffalo for live music quite often. This is now my go-to hotel for easy walking access to the downtown venues. There is easy parking, fridge for drinks, comfortable bedding, a great shower and a great breakfast. The staff is awesome – super friendly & helpful. This makes the shows in Buffalo a win , win fun time and no hesitation to come back.

I have been here for one week and one day going on my third day someone came or walked into my room. I notified the management. He did not want to accept accountability that someone walked in my room. He has he has hotel cameras that he also say that he can see from his home, but yet you weren’t able to see that someone walked out of my room or came by my room everything that I did have an issue about and went to management he tried to make it seem as if it was something on me all this money that I spent to spend at this hotel, and this is the service that I get

The location area is nice

Cons:

The fact that someone had access to my room, someone came in my room at 4:30 in the morning. They came in and walked out when we all jumped up and then he left I got up, went downstairs to the office. I called first to speak with the man at the desk the gentleman he said he was gonna relay the message to management once management got there this morning or that morning went down to speak with the manager, and he made it excuses if it was something that I did I have both of my keys yet he still wanted to make it seem as if it was something I did. He has all these cameras, but yet you can’t see who tried to come in my room, so yes, I was dissatisfied that day very unprofessional, and it made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
