Well located, clean, comfortable.
Pros:

Location is great for easy walk to nice bars and restaurants, Gabriel's Gate is worth a mention, nice bar and restaurant around the corner. Parking is easy, rooms are spacious, staff are super friendly and helpful. And the parrot in reception is a nice distraction.

Cons:

Nothing much. Noise from lift and vending machines refrigeration was noticeable but didn't impact sleep.

Pros:

Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only disappointing thing was that the vending machine for soft drinks accepted cash only, and card payment was not available. It would be much more convenient to have a cashless payment option.

I stayed in this hotel for a few nights and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient and makes it easy to get around the city or nearby attractions. One of the things I appreciated the most was the parking — it was easy to access and very practical if you are traveling by car.

The breakfast was good and offered enough variety to start the day comfortably. The room itself was spacious enough, with comfortable beds that made sleeping pleasant after a long day. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful during my stay, which always makes the experience better. I was also satisfied with the Wi-Fi internet connection, which was stable and fast enough for normal work and browsing.

Cons:

There were also a few things that I personally did not like that much. The bathroom layout felt a bit unusual and not very practical. The sink was placed directly in the room area, while the toilet and shower were separated into small individual spaces. This arrangement may work for some guests, but I did not find it very comfortable.

Another thing I missed was a handheld shower head. The shower only had a fixed overhead shower, which reduced flexibility and convenience.

The air conditioning/heating unit was positioned below the window and was quite noisy, especially during the night when trying to sleep. This was probably the main negative aspect of the room for me.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Location was amazing. Walking distance to Gabriels restaurant, such a great place, wings are outstanding!!
The hotel was very clean, beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast was one of the best my family has had at a hotel. My son loved it!

I was informed at check-in that there were no room keys available and that the front desk staff would need to let me into my room each time. In addition, every time I left the room, I had to return to the front desk to be let back in. As a woman traveling alone, this made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.

The situation was made more unsettling by the overall environment, including a talking bird in a cage in the front area, which added to the unusual atmosphere.

I ultimately chose not to stay. The room itself was also not clean—there were hair ties on the floor and the mirror was dirty.

Short , sweet and truly enjoyable!
Pros:

The staff was so helpful and very nice! Especially the parrot! We went to a hockey game and the location was wonderful. The hotel very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay, great location
Pros:

Amazing location, felt safe, room felt very clean, hotel overall was very clean and staff was so nice. Checkout time was fantastic, not a lot of properties let you check out at 12pm
