An easy drive to the Niagara Falls.
Paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast was a bit off putting.

Paint peeling off in places. Musty smell in room. Did not feel clean.
Very clean, pleasant staff! Beautiful location, conveniently walkable to our concert at Kleinhans Music Hall and to historic downtown for a walking tour the next day. Lots of choices in the area for dinner and coffee and shops. Free parking.
Loved every part of our stay
Modern hotel in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants in Allentown neighborhood. Close to downtown and Elmwood Village areas as well. The free breakfast was pretty good, with some hot food options as well as the usual waffles, toast, and cereal.
We didn't care for the setup of the King bedroom. The bathroom sink is practically in the middle of the main room, not the bathroom. The Double Queen room we stayed in previously had a better layout.

Room service is very poor. They don’t clean room everyday. Also the bathroom door lock was not working and bathroom was compact.

The shampoo had run out and the coffees and amenities weren’t updated or refreshed for our second night, nor the room refreshed
