Pros:

The location is perfect, right in the middle of bars and restaurants. The owner went out of her way to make my birthday celebration special. The staff n is also helpful and kind. I'd go back again.

Camera ampia, colazione di qualità. Posizione eccellente

Cons:

La suite aveva il bagno ricavato all' interno della stanza con una vetrata. La spa è aperta solo in alcuni orari che non mi hanno saputo indicare. Avevo provato ad andarci un giorno ma nessuno mi ha calcolato per farmi capire come funzionasse. Alla colazione aggiungerei un po' di frutta.

Pros:

The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, especially the reception team, the housekeeping staff, and the receptionist working the night shift. They made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
The hotel was clean, and its location is perfect for young people who want to enjoy Istanbul's nightlife

Cons:

The only downsides were that, although parking is listed, finding a parking space was very difficult. Also, the refrigerator in my room was not cooling properly.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, with a few improvements.

Grazie alla direzione dell'albergo e al personale di servizio, specialmente Zeinep.
Pros:

Posizione comoda per prendere i mezzi pubblici come la metro, vicina a luoghi di interesse turistico. Colazione buona e varia, personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

l'insonorizzazione degli infissi, certi giorni la musica della strada si sente fino alle 3.00 del mattino...

Great people with great service.
Pros:

Very nice and amazing people working at the reception, very accommodating and thoughtful people and even better service from them.

Cons:

Great position if you want to be in the heart of Beyoğlu.
Pros:

Very centrally located. Staff were great and the breakfast ladies in particular made our stay memorable.

Cons:

Was noisy due to location. A/C was hit and miss.

Cons:

Wir mussten die erste Nacht in einem anderen Hotel verbringen, weil unser Zimmer schon vergeben war, obwohl ich es schon Monate vorher gebucht habe. Zur Wiedergutmachung bekamen wir nichts.

Des weiteren habe ich einen Transfer zum Flughafen an der Rezeption gebucht, wo uns versprochen wurde, dass ein VIP-Transporter kommen werde. Es kam ein Fiat Punto.

La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

Me cambiaron la habitación que había contratado y una de las que me dieron a cambio tenía el baño sucio, el balcón lleno de polvo al igual que las dos sillas y la mesa allí instaladas, el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal.
