Ein Geruchsproblem
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man die Nummer 7 denn mal findet. Kleiner Tipp: Sie ist nicht neben 7a. Und das Schild des Hotels (auf der 7a gegenüberliegenden Seite des Platzes) ist so dezent, dass es neben dem Schild für ein Lokal im selben Haus übersehen werden kann. Mein Zimmerchen war immerhin sauber.

Cons:

Ich wohnte quasi in einer Fritteuse! Das kleine Dachkämmerchen (ohne Aufzug) hatte nur zwei kleine Dachluken, die nach außen hoch schwangen und somit (bereits bevor ich dort einzog) den Dampf der Fritteuse bzw. alle Küchendünste des Lokals im EG ins Zimmer leiteten. Selbst die Bettwäsche roch so. Und ich bin sonst überhaupt nicht geruchsempfindlich.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Lage ist top. Frühstück ist nicht im Haus, sondern man geht in benachbarte Restaurants, was uns sehr gefallen hat.

Wir waren schon dort. Deshalb sind wir wieder gekommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist in bester Lage Nürnbergs. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr schön. Frühstück gibt es keines im Hotel, dafür kann man jedoch in unmittelbarer Nähe bei vielen Restaurants frühstücken, was uns sehr gefallen hat.

Cons:

Es gibt immer etwas was man verbessern kann, oder was besser sein könnte. Aber es passt alles.

Piacevolissima vacanza.
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è eccellente, in pieno centro storico, a meno di un minuto a piedi dal Ponte del Boia.
La nostra stanza affacciava sulla graziosa piazzetta dell’ingresso. L’hotel è situato in un edificio storico caratteristico. La stanza era pulita ed ordinata. Non viene servita la colazione ma in camera viene fornito un elenco dei bar/locali vicino all’hotel in cui poterla fare. All’arrivo presente sul letto una lavagnetta di benvenuto con un sacchettino di caramelle gommose.

Cons:

Essendo situato in un edificio storico presenta dei limiti: non c’è l’ascensore e nemmeno un servizio di facchinaggio e quindi bisogna salire le scale con i bagagli. La reception è situata al primo piano ed è un locale molto piccolo. Nella stanza era presente un condizionatore portatile, utile ma molto rumoroso e la notte abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo patendo un po’ il caldo anche perché tenendo le finestre aperte c’era un po’ di rumore dovuto ai locali della piazzetta e alle persone che si fermavano a chiacchierare. Poco bella da vedere la TV appesa tra due finestre. Da migliorare l’illuminazione della stanza. Nei letti non c’era il topper sul materasso.

Ein einzigartiges, schönes altes Haus mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Lage und der Charme des Hauses.

Cons:

Die Monoblock-Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist sperrig und laut.
Treppe statt Lift (lässt sich in dem historischen Gebäude wahrscheinlich schlecht realisieren).
