Pros:

Die Nähe zur verkehrsfreien Zone

Cons:

Laute, nicht sehr effiziente Klimaanlage. Parkgebühr für ein Motorrad 18 €. Wir haben verzichtet und es draussen parkiert.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind eher klein. Das Bad ebenso.
Es ist sauber und die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Kleine Zimmer. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Cons:

We were there during the heatwave…they had a portable a/c unit in the room, however it was not on, we turned it on immediately but it wasn’t ever able to cool the room down.

Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig.

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet leider kein Frühstück an und unser Zimmer war wegen der hohen Außentemperaturen sehr heiß. Uns wurde ein defektes, mit Klebeband versucht zu reparieren, Klimagerät zur Verfügung gestellt. Während des Gebrauchs musste der Abluftschlauch aus dem geöffneten Fenster gehängt werden, durch das geöffnete Fenster strömte also wieder die heiße Aussenluft herein. Das Gerät war dazu noch so laut, dass wir es in der Nacht nicht betreiben konnten.

Super Lage in der Innenstadt, öffentliches Parkhaus fußläufig, bequemes Bett, Zimmer funktional ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider nur ein mobiles Klimagerät, dass bei Ankunft am Abend trotz Temperaturen > 30 Grad nicht eingeschaltet war. Teils deutliche Gebrauchsspuren an Möbeln und Wänden.

Beautiful old building in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

Staff super-helpful, helping me with case up four flights of stairs and generally wanting to help in other small ways.

Cons:

Room was on the top floor of a very old building and was super-hot. There was a free standing air-con unit but had to have a giant venting tube hanging out of the window.,As the bed was under the window, I actually had to sleep with it practically dangling over my head.

Delightfully friendly charming hotel!
Pros:

Lovely room and location, but most of all, Christiane was so very helpful. She really went out of her way again and again to help us. We will certainly return. Such great hospitality!
