Rooms have a shared door to other rooms no very secure you can feel how other guest try to open the door.
Breakfast was simple and good.
Toilet was not working properly
Ubicación, muy accesible al centro.
EL servicio de recepción es pésimo. Sus excelentísimas majestades de recepción, sobre todo del turno de tarde noche no pueden ser molestados. Mi habitación estaba situada en la tercera planta, el ruido de las máquinas arriba de mi habitación era insufrible. Bajé a recepción para pedir un cambio de habitación pero ni caso. Una señorita de gafas en forma de corazón me dijo que no se podía, que había máxima ocupación, y se quedó tan ancha. Fue otro trabajador, no de recepción, que me indicó que las máquinas paraban a las 23h, cosa que ocurrió hasta las 00h del día 7/08/26. Las máquinas volvieron a las 6 am. También hubo un apagón, volvió la luz y al preguntar por las escaleras para subir a mi habitación ya que el elevador no terminaba de funcionar, la misma señorita me dijo que no sé podía, que si lo hacía se activaría la alarma. Podría seguir pero lo dejo aquí, las habitaciones son bastante correctas como son las de la misma cadena, pero creo que al menos podrían haberme consultado si quería el cambio de habitación al día siguiente. Es decir darle seguimiento a mi molestia.

Descuidado el funcionamiento de algunos elementos. El elevador no baja al estacionamiento. No hay ayuda para mover maletas.

Das Zimmer war einwandfrei sauber, wie das ganze Hotel.
Es ist eigentlich unverständlich das eine Hotelkette bei diesem Preis ausschließlich Einweggeschirr benutzt. Styroporteller, Pappschalen, Plastikbecher und Einwegbesteck. Der Kaffe war eher ungenießbar und das Buffet war stark Mexicanisch was nicht schlecht ist, aber die Auswahl ist sehr übersichtlich gehalten.
