Cons:

Une dégradation totale du service offert dans cet hôtel. Il y a 3 ans tout était top, la j'ai détesté mon séjour. Le personnel peu accueillant. La bouffe pas terrible. Et surtout l'état de la chambre était catastrophique, literie pas confortable, douche pas fonctionnelle et saleté poussière sous le lit. Une expérience très négative. La seule note positive, le personnel et notamment le tunisien qui s'occupe de la plage. Il était adorable et très serviable.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well organized, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a great variety and quality throughout our stay. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made a difference. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

Der Strand ist völlig ungeeignet für einen Familien/Strandurlaub (viele Steine, kein klares Wasser, man geht mehr als 100m raus und das Wasser ist immer noch Hüfthoch). Unmengen an angeschwemmten Seegras am Strand und viel Seegras und Plastikmüll im Meer.

Ich komme immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Kleine Anlage, wo sich dennoch alles verläuft. Das Personal ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich, als würde man nach Hause kommen.

Dass die liegen unendlich belegt werden sowohl Brüder als auch am Strand.

Belle expérience dans un beau cadre, une bonne organisation et un sens réel du service

Le décor, le service des serveurs, des bagagistes, des femmes de chambre et des animateurs. Les buffets, les restaurants et bars ainsi que les animations.

Cons:

Pas d’affichage ou d’informations dans les espaces communs à propos des soirées à thèmes ou diffusion de matchs de la coupe du monde.

Das frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage auch.

Cons:

Die Wäschecontainer mit den kleinen Rädern machen einen extremen Krach wenn er am Tennisplatz vorbeigeschoben wird. Wäre es da nicht möglich, große Gummiräder zu montieren?
Ebenfalls fand ich es sehr störend, dass die Abziehmatten auf den Tennisplätzen mit einem Stahlrahmen versehen sind. Auch das macht ziemlich Lärm, und es ist störend, wenn man am Nebenplatz Tennis spielen möchte.

Excellent séjour, service excellent et très pro
Pros:

Les buffets sont d’excellente qualité et très variés , on peut manger à n’importe quel moment ce qui permet de profiter de toutes les activités sportives qui constituent un autre point fort de l’hôtel, on peut faire du Padel, tennis, des cours très pro de fitness , tir à l’arc, etc

Cons:

Un peu plus d’effort pour la clientèle non germanophone est vraiment souhaitable.
Pas assez d’efforts et d’initiatives pour les activités enfants catégorie 9 à 14 ans.
On voulait faire un cours de tennis pourtant payant pour notre fils de 11 ans mais on n’a pas pu faute de quota minimum selon l’équipe d’animation.
