Cons:

Personnel vraiment pas accueillant, regarde a peine, et parle au téléphone toute les 5 seconde.

Odeur d'excrément mélanger a l'humidité constante dans la chambre, aucune aération dans la salle de bain. On a laisser une journée complète aérer la chambre et odeur qui revient 3 minutes après avoir fermer la fenêtre.

Climatisation qui fonctionne 5 minutes et qui se coupe.

Piscine verdâtre et trouble ce qui donne pas envie de ce baigner dedans.

Chambre très sale avec des taches sur tout le textile.

On a passé 2 nuit sur 6 et on a changé d'hotel sans finir le séjour.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

During the extremely hot and humid Antalya weather, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. When we reported the problem, the staff simply made excuses and told us that this was “how it was,” without offering to change our room or provide any proper solution.

The hotel also looked very different from the photos advertised online. The furniture and equipment in the room were much older and more worn than expected. There was not even a chair in the room.

The refrigerator was also broken, which was particularly disappointing given the hot weather.

One of the most unbelievable things was that there were no proper blankets available. Instead, the hotel provided only a very thin piece of fabric. I specifically requested a blanket because I normally sleep with one and cannot sleep comfortably without it, but I was simply told that they did not have any blankets.

The breakfast was extremely poor and limited — essentially just cheese and eggs, with very little variety.

The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was completely empty, and when we informed the staff, nothing was done about it. There were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided.

Another major issue was the housekeeping service. The room was cleaned only once every three days, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel, especially considering the other problems we experienced.

Overall, the service, room condition, facilities and attitude of the staff were far below what we expected. The hotel did not meet even basic standards of comfort and hospitality.

A very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is very strategic, located close to the city centre.

Breakfast is awesome with so many variety. Good chef !

Cons:

- Limited car parking space in front of the hotel, we have to go round and round to find an empty space.

- Air conditioner is too small for big room (4 beds). It took time to cool down the room.

- The door in front of balcony cannot be closed fully and it is not sound proof. Very noisy at night, we can hear vehicle passing by. Difficult to sleep...

- Blankets are too thin and very poor quality.

- Poor lighting especially at the corridor heading to all rooms.

le personnel très agréable et très disponible
toujours au petit soin au des clients

Cons:

la salle de bain très petite et rien pour ranger les affaires de toilette la vmc faisait énormément de bruit et très peu de lumière dans la salle de bain pour ce qui de la chambre pour trois elle était pas très grande et pareil manque de rangement
par contre le literie etait bonne
