Great staff and food but false advertisement on the conditions of the hotel

The food was pretty good and the staff were lovely. It’s a shame because they were amazing but the property conditions and cleanliness were not.

Cons:

The photos posted online look nothing like the actual property. Either the photos are ai enhanced or from 10 years ago but definitely not current. The walls, furniture, bathroom, and linens were in horrible condition with stains and tears as if they have never repaired or replaced anything. The windows had trails of ants all on the walls and ceiling.

The gym along with other amenities were all “closed for maintenance”. All gym equipment was rusted, broken down and look like it hadn’t been used in years.

If felt like a ghost town as no one was ever at the restaurant (which is completely outside) and all furniture was worn, torn, and rusted.

Easy relax quiet hotel
Pros:

Place was nice n quiet and not a party hub . Staff was lovely and very attentive.

Cons:

Umm rooms tech a bit outdated no usb ports for easy charging and need a bathroom update mainly just a new shower head . Aside from that no dramas.

Pros:

Very cheap, get what you pay for. Staff were nice and location not too busy. Nice enough lobby and restaurant was cheap and nice.

Cons:

Showers didn't heat up, and leaked. Pretty small and squished, everything mildly dirty. Pool is not in the sun, Cleaners come very early so usually miss them. Had to pay extra to check in early even though room was ready.
