Staying for about a week
Pros:

The staff and friendly and the place is quite clean. For the breakfast, there is no buffet style menu. Just a voucher to a nearby restaurant to have breakfast.

If you're booking this hotel, I would not recommend the breakfast menu as the options are fixed and limited. Not much variety.

Cons:

Amenities. No kettle in room. If you need hot water, there is a kettle in the lobby area for common use. Since the hotel price is quite cheap, i guess this isn't much of an issue. You get what you pay for !!

Toilet floor was quite slippery. Tiles in toilet is not the rough kind of tiles. I slipped a few times.

Hermoso lugar
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en una zona de mucha actividad comercial, a unas 8 cuadras de un shopping muy lindo (Beachwalk) y de la playa. El entorno del hotel es hermoso! Tiene una piscina y un jardín muy verde con un estanque con peces y esculturas representativas de la cultura local. El desayuno lo sirven en el restaurant que está sobre la calle y el personal es muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

El desayuno estaba bien, pero no muy adaptado a la cultura occidental. Son desayunos abundantes, aunque no es lo que solemos comer los latinoamericanos. De cualquier manera, pagar extra por un café o tostadas es muy económico, así que ésto es solo un detalle.

LOCATION, FACILITIES, GOOD STAFF
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic and convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything was within reach, which made the trip so much more enjoyable.

The facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a long day.

What truly stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and comfortable from check-in to check-out.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. I would definitely stay here again

I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.

Firstly, there was no hot water available in the shower, which was quite inconvenient, especially after a long day. Ensuring a consistent hot water supply would greatly improve comfort for guests.

Secondly, the pillows provided were too soft and lacked proper support. Offering different pillow options (soft and firm) could help cater to guests’ preferences and improve sleep quality.

Lastly, the food served was not halal. It would be helpful if the hotel could clearly indicate halal options or consider providing halal-certified meals to accommodate Muslim guests.

With some improvements in these areas, I believe the hotel can provide an even better and more comfortable experience for future guests.

Great hotel at a good price
Pros:

Location, staff, pool area was great.. family room is new, clean and modern. Beds are comfy and bathroom was very clean.. This will be my go to hotel if they keep this standard

Cons:

Curtains need to be blockout
No pool towels, had to use ones from room.
