Pros:

Unfortunately, upon arrival we were told that there was a problem with our room and we were being moved to their sister hotel 5 minutes away. Therefore I cannot review this hotel. The bellman walked us over to the Convent Square Hotel.

Pros:

After the first night, our stay was very nice. The original room was very noisy; we felt we were in a train station. But the staff moved us for the other 2 nights, and we had a very nice stay, and they credited us for the lesser,better room we moved to. Breakfast was very basic. Great supermarket just around the corner.

It was ok but the room was very small and not remotely like the photo on the weabsite

unique and comfortable and safe hotel.
Pros:

Location great size space for our bedroom.
Beautiful room love that there was a bathtub and a shower separate
staff are incredibly helpful

Cons:

The carpet in our room had stains so we had to wear our slippers the whole time because it looked dirty

we were told breakfast was starting at 7 AM and there were several of us that had early morning flights and they didn’t open until 7:10 which for us was a constraint since we had to leave by 7:20 I would recommend that you open at the time that you say you do not late

Affordable price, terrific location, top notch staff
Pros:

The location is outstanding and the staff is proactive and courteous. They arranged pick up for us from the train station and transport to the airport.

Facilities and room are high quality.

Cons:

The staff is very attentive and courteous. The room itself had a number of unique features, most of them good, but one very bad. The bathroom door swings into the bathroom and would hit the toilet. They have placed a metal door stop in the floor in front of the toilet that is in a location that almost assuredly will cause harm to toes, especially at night.

Outstanding staff, facilities, breakfast and atmosphere.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location, right near Figieura square and Rossio square. Perfect for souvenir shopping and meals. It also has a market right around the corner.

Cons:

The People were fantastic, Diogo, Thiogo, Marvin and all the staff was wonderful, helpful and always pleasent.

Un séjour dans un hotel à la perfection.
Pros:

Tout était impeccable. La chambre est grande et confortable, le lit est parfait, la salle de bain aussi, le personnel est chaleureux et très serviable. Rien que des compliments pour cet établissement. Le petit déjeuner était aussi à la hauteur dún très bon hotel.

Cons:

Tout était bien. On pouvait rester une heure plus longtemps dans la chambre sans problème. J'ai tout apprécie et je reviendrai avec beaucoup de plaisir.
