Je conseille cet hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons été sur classé pour notre chambre en une suite junior. Très confortable, le couchage correct( sans plus, certains plats étaient vides- charcuteries, viennoiseries-. Petit déjeuner normal. Par contre restaurant pour le soir a une cuisine de qualité et un garçon de salle très agréable( Guido) par contre son collègue détestable. Hôtel situé à 3km d'Arraba( Portoi) Parking assez réduit surtout si on arrive vers 14 h ( le restaurant est ouvert ). SPA assez réduit mais compris dans le prix. Ne pas hésiter à y réserver une chambre

SPA réduit et l'attitude d'un garçon de salle ( restaurant )... et le petit-déjeuner devrait être mieux garni

Wonderful hospitality
Pros:

Very good & friendly hospitality.
Appreciated the free room upgrade & being able to park my motorcycle in a secure garage. The Resturant is also very good.

Cons:

El desayuno es escaso. Especialmente si no llegas a primerísima hora.
Los zumos de fruta son inbebibles. Muchas personas los abandonamos al probarlos.

Pros:

Chambre magnifique, très grande, décorée avec soin. Dîner et petit déjeuner délicieux et surtout accueil au top . Suite à un problème mécanique j'ai dû laisser mon véhicule sur place . J'ai laissé la clé et les papiers aux propriétaires qui ont gracieusement assuré le gardiennage pendant 1 semaine en attendant un transporteur. Beaucoup de gentillesse et de bienveillance, ils font tout pour leur clientèle, un grand merci à eux!!!

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Tolles, modernes und sauberes Hotel.

Cons:

Der Service war unterirdisch. Drei mal Bestellung aufgenommen, trotzdem falsch. Vollig planlos. Das Essen war okay aber nicht mehr. Zuerst sollte man das Restaurant verlassen und dann um 22:45 Uhr die Bar. Außen hui innen pfui.

Einfach ein tolles Erlebnis.
Pros:

Abendessen und Frühstück waren hervorragend. Die Bedienung erstklassig.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es die Möglichkeit, Tee oder Kaffee zu kochen. Den hilfreichen Teelöffel hatten wir nicht finden können.
