Worst hotel experience I've ever had
Pros:

The room looked nice and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The staff was rude. I traveled solo, but got a double room because I like a big bed. However the double bed only had one pillow and a blanket for one on it. The first night I had about 100 bugs in the room. Which i delt with, but the day after the floor wasn't even vacuumed. Then on the second morning the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 7.45 am and didn't even wait for a response to come in...I expected a lot better for the price I payed.

The hotel, staff, and restaurant were great! From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. A special shout out to Guido in the restaurant. He was a joy to interact with at dinner and breakfast.
