Breakfast was ideal. This location is exceptionally good as they have beach access for guests and service.

Hotel 3 stelle eccezionale, vicinissimo al mare: basta attraversare la strada per essere subito sulla spiaggia privata. Posizione fantastica in cui si sentono le onde. Camera superior molto ampia e spaziosa, dotata di un piccolo cucinotto, un salottino e un terrazzo vista mare spettacolare. Servizio di mezza pensione ottimo, con cene molto buone, gustose e appetitose che offrono la possibilità di scegliere tra cucina tipica greca e ottimi piatti di pesce fresco. Personale gentile, disponibile, simpatico e allegro. Atmosfera rilassante con musica di sottofondo armoniosa, colazioni tranquille e cene romantiche su una terrazza con tetto apribile da cui a volte si può ammirare la luna. Standard superiori rispetto alla media dei tre stelle italiani.

The view from our room was amazing, the staff (specially the lady) is really friendly and helpful, the location is really convenient - next to the beach and with umbrellas and sun beds. The beach right in front of the hotel is pleasant and quiet.

Byliśmy w hotelu przez 4 noce, od 16 lipca, i pobyt przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Największe wrażenie zrobił na nas pokój z przepięknym widokiem na morze oraz doskonała lokalizacja – plaża znajduje się dosłownie 10 metrów od hotelu, a leżaki są dostępne bezpłatnie dla gości. Dodatkowym atutem jest niewielka odległość od centrum Rethymno – około 1,5 km, dzięki czemu można tam bez problemu dojść spacerem.

Prawdziwą wisienką na torcie okazały się obiady – były po prostu rewelacyjne. Zdecydowanie polecam wybrać opcję z niepełnym wyżywieniem, ponieważ serwowane posiłki są na bardzo wysokim poziomie.

Na duży plus zasługuje również nowoczesna i przestronna łazienka, zwłaszcza ogromny prysznic, który bez problemu pomieści nawet bardzo wysoką i postawną osobę.

Właściciele hotelu są niezwykle sympatyczni, serdeczni i pomocni. Zawsze reagowali na nasze prośby i dbali o to, aby pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy.

Z pełnym przekonaniem polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto planuje wypoczynek w Rethymno.

Localisation en face de la plage et de petits commerces, proche de la vieille ville , très animée le soir , le personnel est agréable et aux petits soins, chambre spacieuse , lit confortable.
Petit déjeuner globalement acceptable.

We had a room with a sea view and it was really amazing, with overview of the beach, see and Rethymno. Everything about the hotel was really great, there is a nice sandy beach right in front of the hotel. Breakfast, cleaning and all the other hotel services were really good, hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. There is a very nice restaurant as well in the hotel and the hotel is providing a service to the beach as well. The old town of Rethymno with many shops, pubs, restaurants and interesting places like museums is in walking distance.
Our family spent there one of the greatest vacations we had in Greece and I hope there will be a chance to return there again.

We spent a wonderful week at the Palm Beach Hotel, and I can only say the best things about it! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful at all times; we truly felt like valued guests. The quality and variety of the food were excellent—everything was delicious and fresh. This is the best choice in Rethymno if you are looking for true hospitality. Thank you for the experience, we will definitely return!
