Las camas estaban bastante duras los colchones aunque tenían encima una colchoneta no sentimos con mi pareja la comidas suficiente cuando encendidos el aire acondicionado salió un olor bastante feo en realidad nunca lo usamos en. Los 5 días de estadía algo que hay que mejorar.
Es la segunda vez que vamos. Me encanta todo, destacaría muchísimo la atención del personal. Es que son todos una maravilla.
El jacuzzi
El spa estaba bien para lo que era pero lo tienen muy descuidado la mitad de las cosas estaban estropeadas y no funcionaban por lo demás bien todo

Pues que estábamos tranquilos, es céntrico. La habitación estaba totalmente completa y nos atendieron muy bien, hasta la chica de servicio de limpieza y también que tuviera el jacuzzi en la terraza.
La habitación era amplia, cómoda y bien equipada, con camas muy confortables, cocina completa, aire acondicionado y una terraza muy agradable por la noche con iluminación LED. El desayuno ofrece mucha variedad y el servicio de habitaciones tiene precios muy razonables, al igual que la comida y la bebida. Destaco especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal (recepción, limpieza, restauración y supermercado). También es un punto a favor disponer de un pequeño supermercado bien surtido, parking y una buena conexión con la zona comercial de Puerto Rico mediante las escaleras situadas frente al hotel.
El spa, aunque está bien equipado para su tamaño, se veía algo antiguo y falto de mantenimiento así como el baño de la habitación, detalles que deberían corregirse en un establecimiento de esta categoría.
