Staff were friendly,
Beds were comfortable, foid at bar & restaurant was okay.
We paid a lot of money to stay here and was expecting if not luxury at least Spotlessly clean,
Unfortunately this was not the case
The rooms were never thoroughly cleand ,yes we got towels every day except the last day
The sheets were not changed and the balcony was never cleaned in 9 days bird poo all over it from pigeons,
A thooth pick must of fallen out of the bathroom bin on first or second day and fell behind the door ... which i may add was glass .
I purposely left it there and it was still there on our departure day.
Our sheets had gotten stained badly from some cream and was never changed .the outside jacuzzi had a big black stain in it and was of putting and was on balcony so it also wasn't cleaned

Presencia de cucarachas en la habitación, 3 en concreto (grande y pequeñas).
