Ich habe schon wieder gebucht und komme sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage des liebevoll geführten Hotels ist zentral und man erreicht vieles in 10 bis 15min Fußmarsch. Mein Zimmer in den Innenhof war absolut ruhig. Die Einrichtung war sehr liebevoll und auch das Bad, was neu gemacht war, hatte alles was man braucht. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Ausspannen.
Das Frühstück bietet wirklich alles was man sich vorstellen kann und der Blick in den Innenhof lässt einen gemütlich in den Tag starten.

Ich bin gelegentlich in München und werde noch mal nach anderen Häusern Ausschau halten. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station war
Pros:

Das Badezimmer war geräumig und auch sauber. Duschgel war vorhanden, Ashampoo und Körperlotion habe ich nicht wahrgenommen finde ich in der Preisklasse jetzt auch nicht unüblich, dass das vorhanden ist.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passte nicht 160 € finde ich unangemessen für den Zustand des Gebäudes. Unterm Bett lag sehr viel Staub. Dort ist wochenlang nicht gereinigt worden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war im Grunde nach in Ordnung, jedoch gerade die Dinge, die ich bei einem Frühstück zu schätzen weiß, waren nicht vorhanden. Der Speiseraum ist zu eng, die Tische etwas klein.

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer mit riesigem Bad.
Die Lage war perfekt!

Cons:

Wir sollte sich eintragen, zu welcher Zeit man zum Frühstück kommt. 4 Zimmer waren für unsere Zeit eingetragen und ca. 25 Personen saßen an den Tischen. Kein Platz für uns, wir mussten warten. Dann endlich Plätze frei, abräumen mussten wir selbst. Das meiste der angebotenen Sachen war alle, bzw. wurden nur sehr spehrlich nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Bitten nachgelegt, bzw. nachgelegt.

Place not worth its price. A lot of things to improve. it was ok for just one night, but not longer.
Pros:

very close location to the city center, easily reachable even by foot. Quite calm place, but close to the restaurant and places where you can enjoy the stay in Munich

Cons:

the most horrible breakfast I had ever in my life. No fork available, lack of bread, fruits, just one person to serve all guest, lack of places to sit during the peak moment (about 15 min). View from window on the internal courtyard and roofs - not the nicest one.

Für einen Städtetripp ausreichend, mehr darf aber nicht erwartet werden. Lage perfekt.

Für einen Städtetripp ausreichend. Lage perfekt,kurze Wege mit U-bahn zum Zentrum. Eingeschränkte Parkplätze am Hotel mit Etagengarage gut gelöst.

Cons:

Zimmer bedürfen eine grundlegende Renovierung, TV musste mit Mehrfachstecker und Kippschalter eingeschaltet werden. Im ad roch es unerträglich nach muffigen Abwasserrohren, fast unerträglich, Gestank ging ins Zimmer über.
Frühstück dürfte etwas reichhaltiger sein, nur eine Brötchensorte und eine Brotauswahl. Haben schon weit besseres Frühstück in dieser Preisklasse angetroffen.
