Location was great. Near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Room was cleaned every day.
Very small room and bed was under a window. Curtains didn’t keep out draft and were ill fitting
The room was clean and convenient for the event I was attending. Proximity to Alexandra Palace and park is great.
Unlike most people I expect, I booked a single room and it was tiny! This constrained the layout - for example, the socket for the bedside lamp was on the right of a bedside unit which meant it was impossible to reach the lamp switch from the bed on the left of the unit.
Apartment was comfortable and had lots of space

Very poor shower port just very poor all round as in quality of room ect tiny I am 6.2 had to bend and no power in shower
The location was great, close to transport, bars and restaurants. The staff on reception were really helpful and friendly.
Nothing, it was perfect
Perfect location. The two guys on the desk (so sorry I can’t remember your names) were both welcoming, friendly & so kind & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, including all of my luggage up & down the 3 flights of stairs! Conveniently I was able to park at the hotel which was an enormous help for me. The room was spotlessly clean & everything I could possibly need was there.
If I had to be really picky the only thing I would say is that possibly a new mattress or a good topper might be of benefit.
Location is brilliant for visiting my family in Muswell Hill, so I accept the things that maybe not as good as modern hotels
The rooms are a bit tired and basic. No lift, but I accept it’s an old property and nowhere to install one

There is no air con
The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants etc. if you’re lucky you get one of the three parking spaces, otherwise street parking needs a permit which is about £5 a day. The rooms are clean and serviced every day. It’s an old building so expect creaky floors, all in all a bit quirky but in a nice way. Great for a short stay.
The road is noisy but that’s not the hotel’s fault and take your own toiletries as the hotel only provides basic sachets of shower gel etc.
I was welcomed immediately by staff, Jerry on reception was very friendly. My room was upgraded. Reasonably priced. It was cool, clean and quiet. Well situated and easy to access.
