Very tired looking… there were bits of carpet missing/warn away in my room.
Easy to find, parking, proximity to the shops and catching a bus to the O2 Forum in Kentish Town. Small single room but I didn't need anything bigger to be honest.
I was also able to leave my car in the car park until early afternoon the next day which was fantastic.

Juste l’emplacement
On m a proposé une petite chambre avec des équipements très vétustes. Aucun confort, un lit qui fait du bruit, un lavabo en dehors de la salle de bain, pas de climatisation mais 2 petits ventilateurs à la place. Pas d ascenseur, aucun confort. Pour le prix cette chambre ne vaut pas le coup.

My room was tiny, and lacked aircon. The loo is tiny.

The hotel was perfect for us to attend an evening event at Ally Pally - within walking distance. Staff were really friendly and the hotel was clean. We had a room on the 1st floor and at the front of the building. The room was dated however it was clean, tea/coffee/biscuits, air-conditioning unit and mini fridge and the bed comfy. Bathroom was also fine with complimentary shower/soap - shower over bath. I would definitely stay here again.
The road is quite busy and I was woken up about 3 with people laughing/joking and talking really loudly, outside the hotel...but I did have the windows open.

Lovely old hotel and very friendly and welcoming staff. It was ideal for our son’s wedding venue. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had tea and coffee facilities. Altogether a nice stay!
There is very limited parking which you cannot reserve. It makes driving there very stressful. Thankfully, we were able to park but only just.
The rooms were extremely hot and there was no air con, which is standard for most U.K. hotels but it meant leaving the windows opened and we had so much outdoor noise…..it woke us up a lot.
Location was excellent and there was car parking available if you arrive early enough. Staff on reception were also welcoming and helpful. Round the corner from lovely eateries and shops.
The room was quite dated and bathroom facilities quite small for 3 people sharing the room. There was a huge air conditioning unit in the room which got very hot but which was much needed given the ambient temperature of the room. The first bed's mattress had a huge dip in it which meant that you naturally both rolled into the middle - could do with an update generally.
It's always clear on nice people as well am very happy coming here
