Great location, friendly, helpful staff. I have stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times and always stay here if I am in London and there are vacancies. It is homely and welcoming and excellent value for money.

Lovely, polite staff at the reception. There is no lift, and staff helped to get my bags on the floor 3. Lovely double room, clean, shower, bathroom nice.
Our room was on the top floor with seling going down towards the outside wall. Unfortunately, electric plugs are exactly on that low wall, and I managed twice to bang my head after reaching plugs.

Very helpful staff, excellent location. Near Alexandra palace, Highgate woods many shops and restaurants around.
I didn't like the room they gave me and they kindly moved me to one I felt comfortable with.

The only thing i liked is the location
Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing and did not feel like good value for money. We booked the property for four days for four people, but the room was very small and could comfortably accommodate only two people. The AC was extremely noisy, to the point that it was difficult to hear someone speaking. We requested a larger room from the staff, but unfortunately received no response or assistance. There was also no dining table, and the property itself felt very old and in need of improvement. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay, especially for four days, and sadly it affected the holiday we had carefully planned for our kids. Considering the price and the overall experience, I would not recommend this property.

The facilities are nice and the staff gracious even when if you accidentally make mistakes. They held on to an item I forgot, promptly informed me, and were generous with my unknown pickup availablity.
