La posizione: la baia è molto bella
Struttura vecchia e spazi comuni sporchi
Organizzata malissimo, senza nessuna attenzione alle esigenzedel cliente: code x la colazione, perché bloccano i tavoli da 6 per sole 2 persone; responsabile del bar maleducato: se compri il pranzo e chiedi un bicchiere d’acqua del rubinetto, ti risponde di comprarti la bottiglia al distributore e portartela.
Se vuoi affittare una bici per un giorno successivo, pagandola in anticipo, ti rispondono che devi presentarti alla reception il giorno stesso, alle 7 del mattino se vuoi essere certo che sia disponibile.
Ogni cosa è così: le uniche due persone professionali erano là Trainer della reception ed una cameriera del bar, tra le pochissime a parlare bene inglese e dunque aperte al confronto e attente alle esigenze dei clienti
E’ l’unica baia dell’isola a rischio box jellyfish, per cui il bagno si può fare solo all’interno di una rete: non si vede né un pesce né un corallo.

rozkładane łóżka (sofy) w kabira bay są twarde i niewygodne, ale hotel dołożył dodatkowe materace i było lepiej
The villas are great, they are located in a small ‘village’ near the hotel where you can observe and hear wildlife
I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for the beach towels every time I needed fresh ones.
I also don’t understand the need for the hotel to change the room towels daily but one has to pay for cleaning the room.
Struttura antiquata ma su una bella spiaggia attrezzata e con reti antimeduse. La nostra stanza era una tripla ed era grande, comoda e con una bella vista mare. Molto grande e comodo anche il bagno e la doccia.
Si mangia veramente molto bene. Abbiamo cenato al buffet e pranzato al bar sempre molto bene.
La struttura, soprattutto nelle parti comuni, è antiquata e da riammodernare, la piscina è orribile. Il personale capisce pochissimo l’inglese ma è gentile.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, le niveau d’entretien et de propreté nous a déçus.
Une blatte vivante dans la chambre et deux blattes mortes derrière le bureau.
De grandes toiles d’araignée au-dessus des fauteuils massants.
Pas de ménage quotidien ni de réfection du lit.
Une prise électrique maintenue avec du scotch, ce qui donne une impression de vétusté.
Les installations sont vieillissantes et nécessitent des travaux.
Aucune bouteille d’eau offerte malgré le grand réfrigérateur : il faut acheter l’eau à la boutique ou au distributeur.
Serviettes de plage payantes, ce que nous avons trouvé dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Frühstück war gut, die Lage etwas abgeschieden, aber schön direkt am Meer.
Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich alt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.
Für einen doch gehobenen Preis war die Zimmerreinigung nicht inklusive und musste extra gezahlt werden.
かびらビレッジに泊まりました。お部屋のバルコニーにお風呂があり、とっても優雅な気分になれました。スタッフの対応もとても温かく、朝食も美味しかったです。洗濯が出来るのもありがたく、乾燥機以外にも、洗濯ロープや洗濯ハンガーなどもあり、ありがたいなぁと思いました。プールに海、ブランコもあり、６歳息子はとても楽しんでいました。一泊だったので、もう少しゆっくり滞在したかったです。

市街地から離れていたこともあり、星空は綺麗だった。
ホテル内の売店は21:30まで空いていたので、困ることはなかった。
トイレットペーパーが切れたら、フロントまで取りに来るよう言われた。一泊6万円以上払っているのに残念に感じた。また、清掃なしのプランで納得はしていたが、タオル交換だけではなく、部屋着の交換もして欲しかった。
Clean, in front of the beach, marine activities also available. I had a best night staring at beautiful stars at night at the beach.
Overall it was good. If possible, hope Breakfast menu will have more options.
