Ottima posizione e staff. Anche il servizio noleggio attrezzatura da sci è molto organizzato. C’é inoltre il servizio di deposito bagagli

Cons:

Il buffet della colazione e della cena é molto ricco ma la qualità non buonissima. Inoltre le camere sono poco insonorizzate

Great ski location, but poor communication and unsuitable family accommodation.
Pros:

Good food, although queues can be long. Excellent location for skiing with easy gondola access.

Cons:

There was a complete lack of information during check-in. On Christmas Eve Santa visited the hotel and handed out gifts to children. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this event at any time, so we had no chance to prepare gifts for our own children. As a result, our two children were the only ones not called by name, which was very upsetting for them. This could have been easily avoided with basic communication, such as informing guests at check-in or displaying a notice. Considering we checked in several days before Christmas with two young children, the lack of information was disappointing.

The hotel mainly caters to Italian guests, with very limited information available in English and minimal English spoken at reception. No welcome information or even Wi-Fi details were provided.

The family quadruple room was unsuitable, the top bunk had no safety guard, making it unsafe, and the room was extremely small, leaving very little space.

Good stay in Pila
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located. Rooms are big enough and have a great view over the mountains. The continental breakfast was very nice. Overall, great quality-price ratio and we had a very good stay

Cons:

The rooms are a bit old-fashioned; we also missed one set of towel. The dinner was okay: food quality could be improved and it was a bit chaotic in the restaurant hall. Parking is for free but on the side of the road.

Abbastanza confortevole.
Pros:

Comodo lo spiazzo davanti alla struttura dove poter prendere il sole sulle sdraio. Ottima vista.

Cons:

Non era possibile uscire dalla struttura senza sci ai piedi se non attraversando un lungo e polveroso tunnel riservato quasi esclusivamente alle auto. Molto poco accessibile.

It was great for short ski trip!
Pros:

Perfect location, convenient ski rental and lockers located in the same building, helpful stuff, easy airport transportation arrangements. Food was great!

Cons:

A bit tired interiors, noisy breakfast and dinner areas (almost impossible to have conversations)
