Pros:

Das Personal dort sind sehr vorsichtig. Die achten richtig drauf, wer in die Hotel rein kommt und raus geht. Das find ich echt gut.

Cons:

Ich war schon zum 4. Mal dort und diesmal war es sehr laut.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und komfortabel.
Wird täglich auch aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht.
Das Personal ist TOP, man kann wirklich nichts beanstanden. Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft wird bei allen Mitarbeitern und Chefs dort wirklich groß geschrieben und dafür danke ich persönlich nochmal. Vor allem sind die auch sehr kinderfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die sich gerne mal auch wenig Zeit nehmen um sich mit Kindern auch zu unterhalten um Ihnen den Aufenthalt su versüßen.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel is not bad. But it would be unfair to call it a 4-star hotel. Because it does not deserve 4 stars. I did not like the breakfast, it was very poor. I expected a richer breakfast from a hotel that costs 80 euros a day. I was satisfied with the cleanliness. Cleaning is done every day. I was not dissatisfied with the staff either.

Местоположението е много удобно при посещение на болница "Мемориал". Персонален са страшно мили и отзивчиви .

Cons:

Възглавниците бяха страшно ниски , мога да кажа ,че ги нямаше . Липсваше втора възглавница . В банята можеха да се постораят малко повече , на места имаше мухъл.
Но това е само мое мнение .
