Pros:

The grounds were ok. Pool was nice.

Cons:

No entertainment during the day for kids. Boredom. The food was totally disgusting. Way too far out to walk to the strip. Was really disappointed and probably wont be back

Apartotel pulito in ottima posizione per visitare in lungo e largo l'isola
Pros:

aparthotel molto bello,appartamenti puliti e ottima posizione visitare l'isola essendo in una zona leggermente elevata (comunque in 900 mt si raggiunge a piedi playa chica) che ti permette di trovare il posteggio sempre nelle immediate vicinanze evitando il caos del centro.Supermarket a 150 metri,personale molto gentile

wifi scarso ,anche se essendo in comunità europea ormai non è piu importante per noi,comunque manchevolezze di molto poco conto

La habitación que nos había tocado. Ausencia de limpieza, lavabo con olor a cloaca, toallas rasposas, papel del baño de mala calidad (fino, estrecho y débil, pero eso no fue lo peor... Lo peor fue encontrar termitas en toallas, cortinas, papel de váter, hasta en las sábanas.....
Es verdad que cuando lo dijimos nos cambiaron de habitación... Que mínimo. También pensamos que aunque tengas media pensión las bebidas y los helados que se pagan a parte, tienen un precio muy elevado.

Muy buen personal
Pros:

El personal que trabaja allí una chica rubia de recepcion que se me olvidó preguntarle el nombre fue muy amable tanto en la entrada como en la salida

Cons:

Mi habitación era la primera de todas justo al entrar y no sentia intimidad ya que las personas pasaban por la ventana de la habitación y del salón prácticamente se veía todo

La televicion no se veian los canales , puse en la noche el aire porque hacia calor , a media noche fui al baño y casi me caigo habia agua rn el pasillo llego hasta el salon , era el aire acondicionado sr salia toda el agua , lo apague regrese a la habitacion y habia una cucaracha , cogi el efredon y me fui al salon a dormir en el sofa , a penas dormi. Como era casi la una de la mañana no quise llamar a recepcion , pero mi sorpresa al dia siguiente fue que el telefono no funcionaba. Al dka siguiente fui a recepcion y me cambiaron de habitacion esta mejor. Al hacer la salida del hotel oense que me compensarian por todo lo que me paso , no fue asi ,todo lo contrario tenia una cuenta de la cena de unos 7€ y pico y me la fueron a cobrar, les dije que porvtodo lo ocurrido que menos que no cobrar esa factura y no me la cobraron . Creo que no esel cliente el que tiene que pedir y reclamar esa noche , es el hotel el que tiene que compensar ese tipo de incidencias.

We will be back it was so good.
Pros:

Brilliant hotel. Exceptionally clean and the food in the restaurant was amazing. Well worth half board. All the staff were excellent and very friendly. I will definitely return here and from chatting to others staying there it appears many do which I think speaks for itself.

Cons:

Nothing about the property to dislike.
