On the beach

Cons:

Outdated room, shower barely working, water not dealing well, rusty windows, only 1 per room. Couldn’t pay for any extra ones

Overall a good place to stay, clean and cozy. The water pressure and toilet were the only issues.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The toilet kept running and wouldn't fully flush a lot of the time.

It was clean staff was friendly didn't have to ask for anything they were on point and restocked with towels and stuff that we needed.

Cons:

I feel like they could have had a better breakfast selection for that price of the room maybe like a better hot breakfast grits bacon sausage and they still can offer the other stuff as well I feel that the shower water could also have been a little more hotter as well

Had a beach at this Hotel.
Pros:

Wanted to have an oceanview room with a balcony and easy access to an exit for a handicapped spouse. Breakfast was very good with selections. Got to see Dolphins from our balcony. Better than taking a boat ride. Pool was great and easy parking.

Pros:

The closest walk to the beach 🏖️ The room was clean. Nice to have a larger fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great. It needed more protein options like eggs. Many people are diabetic.

Great place to stay with toddlers
Pros:

The rooms were clean. It’s right on the beach. The pool area is small, but rarely crowded. Theres a boxed in breezeway with Adirondack chairs to hang out in. Breakfast is pretty decent with more options than I was expecting!

Great location in a property that could be so much more with only a little attention to detail
Pros:

Great location. It seemed like the recent investments were quality: deck chairs curtains. The grounds are really well kept.

Cons:

Cleanliness left a great deal to be desired. You can have a property with some age on it and still clean the rooms well. Ours was not and we dropped cash for the oceanfront view. The little things go a long way or don’t in our case when you have a property with some age. Cleaning would have been good.
