Just what we needed
Pros:

Our room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Every staff member that we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was typical but filling.

Would go back but definitely would have to be a lot cheaper for just one night.$400 for it not to be perfectly a little

Super convenient location. Friendly staff and it was comfy

Cons:

Couldn’t use the bridge on property, didn’t seem very well clean especially for the price of just one night. The pull out couch was moldy and had dried blood on it as well as one of the couch cushions so we ended up not even using it

The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well

Cons:

The false advertising about them providing free beach chairs and umbrellas daily.A note was attached to my room key said they no longer did this.There was no reason given and when I asked why to the morning staff they were not helpful or sympathetic.
Additionally they advertise themselves as the only " beachfront hotel on Tybee Island".
Actually the hotel has an extensive length and depth of sand dunes between it and the hotel which means our " beach view" room was about a thousand feet from the actual ocean and our narrow limited view was only of the dunes with the ocean on the horizon with no beach of the beach itself.
For these reasons I felt that the room ( which was very small compared to most king rooms) was overpriced by at least $100/ night

Pros:

Being just a short walk away from the beach.

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare. We drove a full size truck with 4 doors. The parking area is small and the parking spots seem smaller. Nearly each time we left and came back it was all We could do to squeeze into a parking spot.

We were only there for 2 days, but really enjoyed the ocean view from our private balcony.
Pros:
