The stay was okay overall, but there were several disappointing aspects. The view from our room was poor, and the cleanliness was not up to the standard we expected. The common areas were also not well maintained, dirty plates were left out for days and were never cleared during our entire stay. This made the hotel feel neglected and took away from the overall experience.

La cama muy rígida. La habitación al no tener aire interno hay que abrir las ventanas para ventilar lo que genera que se escuche todo el ruido de la calle. La habitación tiene mala insonorizacion por lo que se escucha todo el ruido de las habitaciones continuas
La habitacion era espaciosa y la cama bien grande
Una noche alguien intento entrar a mi habitacion, abrio la pierta y gracias a el gancho de segiridad no pudo entrar, a la mañana siguiente cuando me aserque a recepcion me disen que fue un error, entregaron las llaves de mi habitacion a un cliente que entraba en otra habitacio, lo peor es que se diaculparon cuando yo hice el reclamo...

Atención, no tuve buena asesoría para conexión WiFi, parte de la estadía en este hotel, es por la vista, la cuál estaba tapada y se sentía un ambiente de obra, no fue grato para mi

El aroma al ingresar al hotel, habitaciones sin aire, baño estrecho, comida del restaurante a la carta no tan buena, pedí una cobija y me llevaron un acolchado roto y sucio.

TV poderia ter acesso a streaming de filmes (ex Netflix) ou no minimo a canais internacionais. Seria importante ter uma relacao em papel dos canais acessíveis na TV.
