Todo perfecto
Pros:

La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, al lado de la calle principal pero sin ruido alguno. El desayuno está bien, simple pero completo. Muy recomendable el hotel y Salento.

Cet établissement plein de charme est situé dans la jolie ville de Salento.
La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
Le petit déjeuner est à la carte. C’était très bon. En plus l’établissement dispose d’un parking ce qui est pratique.

On entend tout !!! Impossible de dormir la nuit c’était horrible! C’était trop triste car c’est la ville de Colombie que nous avons le plus aimé mais c’est la ville où nous avons le moins bien dormi. Les chambres sont vraiment pas du tout insonorisé , et les gens qui rentrent le soir crient, ne respectait pas ceux qui étaient déjà au lit franchement rien que pour ça j’y retournerai malheureusement plus

CUMPLIÓ LAS EXPECTATIVAS, VOLVERÍAMOS
Pros:

Buena ubicación, cerca de la calle principal en una zona un poco más tranquila.

Hicimos el check in antes de la hora ya que nuestra habitación estaba preparada.

Valoramos que tuviera garaje aunque al final no lo usamos.

Habitación amplia y buen desayuno.

Repetiríamos si volviéramos a Salento.

Nos gustó TODO,

Los productos para el baño fueron variados y todos de la misma línea, con un olor a limón muy agradable.

Nos encantaron.

Stunning property but the service & verbal communication was poor. We had a big misunderstanding about the room rate

Cons:

Fridge was not plugged in. Room water wasn’t replaced. Garbage bins weren’t emptied. No water for showers or toilet on our second morning arghhh

In general we had a good stay. Location is great, I am sure the rooms upstairs are quieter than what

Personnel were great, they did accommodate our request for extra nights, kitchen people were very nice and helpful. Location is great too.

Cons:

We had a lower room, and it was very noisy in the mornings. It was also a bit hot and there’s no screens on the windows to leave them open.
