Bel établissement bien placé à Salento. Personnel à l’écoute
Pros:

La manager de l’hôtel a été à l’écoute de nos attentes. Après une déception concernant la première chambre, celle ci pus à rapidement proposé une nouvelle chambre qui correspondait à nos attentes.

Muy buen hotel para unos días en salento
Pros:

Instalaciones nuevas, personal amable, buen desayuno, increíble la cama, muy cerca de la plaza y había potable en la recepción.

Cons:

Si te toca en la planta 4, realmente es un bajo y no se puede abrir la ventana, estaría bien otro tipo de ventilación. Si te toca en la planta 1 y 2 da a un patio interior y un poco lo mismo

Se puede ir caminando sin problema al centro de la ciudad. Es monisimo el hotel.

Hay momentos del dia que se coincide con el horario del patio del colegio de en frente y hay bastante barullo. No obstante, no es una queja para no alojarse en este hotel ideal

I would go there again if I visited Salento.
Pros:

Very good staff although some of them do not speak English. However they are motivated to help and that is fine.
The location is amazing in the center of Salento, but both streets are quiet.
Good Wifi.
Good breakfast.

Comodidad, excelente atención y ubicación inmejorable ⭐
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en Salento Real fue simplemente excelente. Nos hospedamos en la suite Santa Isabel y superó por completo nuestras expectativas.

La habitación es muy moderna, elegante y extremadamente confortable. Tiene un balcón con vista hacia una de las calles del pueblo. Aunque no cuenta con aislamiento acústico especial, la calle es muy tranquila, por lo que pudimos descansar sin ningún inconveniente.

La cama era increíblemente cómoda y, desde que entramos, se percibía ese agradable aroma a limpieza que hace sentir que todo está impecable. El baño es amplio, con dos lavamanos, algo muy práctico para mi novio y para mí. Además, la tina con hidromasaje fue uno de los mejores detalles, ya que nos permitió relajarnos después de un día de rodada en moto.

La ubicación también es perfecta: está a solo una cuadra del mirador y de la hermosa calle peatonal, muy turística, que conduce al parque principal. Esto nos permitió recorrer el pueblo caminando y disfrutar de su ambiente sin necesidad de usar la moto.

Queremos destacar especialmente la atención del personal. Todos fueron muy amables, atentos y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con una sonrisa. El desayuno, que estaba incluido, también nos gustó mucho: delicioso, bien servido y un excelente complemento para comenzar el día.

Sin duda, fue una experiencia maravillosa. Si volvemos a Salento, no dudaremos en hospedarnos nuevamente en Salento Real. Lo recomendamos totalmente para quienes buscan comodidad, una excelente ubicación, un servicio impecable y un lugar perfecto para descansar.

Very small room, with the door in the courtyard. You can't open the window because everbody sees you so you hear everything and you can't ventilate the room witch doesn't have AC.

El hotel es elegante y de estilo colonial. Nos gustó mucho!

Cons:

Que no hubiera aire acondicionado y que el servicio de restaurante en el desayuno es algo lento porque había muchos huéspedes y pocos camareros. Quizás en temporada alta deberían contratar más personal.

Dissapointing-Not good value for money
Pros:

Location was great, closed to the main square, restaurants and shops. Bed was large and relatively comfortable. Plenty of storage. Hotel very nice and tidy.

Cons:

There was no aircon (which we knew),but there was not even a fan. The room was stuffy and hot making it difficult to sleep. Temperamental shower. Average breakfast. Small things to make your stay more pleasant were missing, for example: No conditioner, no hand or body cream, no tissues or even a shower cap. No coffee or coffee maker in the room, something we found strange in an area known for coffee production in Colombia. Things that even the more basic hotels we’ve been around the world do have. Lack of vision of people who cleaned the room to replenish something as basic as toilet paper.
