Das Zimmer war sehr gross und wir hatten genügend Platz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Der Balkon des Zimmers war sehr gross. Man kann sich wohl fühlen. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung und Preis / Leistung geht gut auf.

Cons:

Ingesamt fand ich das Hotel sehr gut und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Aber wenn man einen top modernen und stylischen Ort sucht, würde ich eher eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Das hängt aber ganz von den eigenen Erwartungen ab.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione centralissima. Ideale sia per raggiungere il mare (a 5 minuti di distanza) sia per le passeggiate serali, con il centro città (a soli 10 minuti a piedi). La zona è piena di attività e ristoranti, quindi di certo non c'è da annoiarsi. Pulizia della stanza e staff impeccabili. Buona e varia anche la colazione. Sicuramente consigliato.

Cons:

Aggiungerei un servizio asciugamani per chi vuole usufruire della piscina. Ma stiamo parlando davvero di minuzie rispetto all'esperienza complessiva che è stata ottima.

Very good for what you pay. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was after reading some of the reviews.
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Air con in the rooms was very excellent . WiFi was also very good.
Good bar area within the hotel. Sit indoor with air con or outside tables and chairs if you prefer.
Location is great. A short walk from the sea front/beach, convenience shops, bars and restaurants immediately outside the hotel. The centre of the old town area an easy 10 - 15 min walk away.

Cons:

Breakfast was just adequate. Lots of choice of average quality food. Lovely fresh bread and fruit though!
Small but adequate pool.

Περάσαμε μια φανταστική εβδομάδα στο Esperia City Hotel και μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεντακάθαρο, με τα δωμάτια να καθαρίζονται καθημερινά. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική, ακριβώς στην καρδιά της πόλης της Ρόδου, με τα πάντα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πισίνα ήταν επίσης πεντακάθαρη, πολύ καλά συντηρημένη και ιδανική για στιγμές χαλάρωσης.

Αυτό όμως που μας έκανε τη μεγαλύτερη εντύπωση ήταν το προσωπικό. Από τις κοπέλες της υποδοχής μέχρι τις κυρίες στο πρωινό και την καθαριότητα, όλες ήταν ευγενέστατες, χαμογελαστές και πάντα πρόθυμες να εξυπηρετήσουν με καλή διάθεση και γλυκό λόγο. Είναι πραγματικά όμορφο να συναντάς ανθρώπους που αγαπούν τη δουλειά τους και σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ευπρόσδεκτος.

Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό και απίστευτα πλούσιο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών. Ειλικρινά απορώ με ορισμένες κριτικές που αναφέρουν ότι δεν τους κάλυψε, γιατί εμείς βρήκαμε τα πάντα και σε αφθονία.

Σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία και την τόσο ευγενική σας αντιμετώπιση. Κάνατε τις διακοπές μας ακόμη πιο όμορφες. Σίγουρα θα σας προτιμήσουμε ξανά όταν επισκεφθούμε τη Ρόδο!

As soon as I entered the room, I was very surprised to see that it looked nothing like the photos. There wasn’t even enough space to open two suitcases. The wardrobe was damaged—the top was broken, and the doors wouldn’t open.

I contacted the hotel through Booking.com, and they told me they could offer me an alternative room, but all rooms were fully booked for the first night, so they could only help me the following day. Since I didn’t want to spend even one night in that room, I requested a cancellation and checked out immediately.

Despite spending days trying to resolve the issue and sending multiple emails, I couldn’t even get a partial refund, even though I never stayed at the hotel.

I ended up staying at a much nicer hotel in the Faliraki area, which was also more affordable.
