Pros:

Close to the station. Able to drop off bags early. Plenty of sockets. Tv. Kettle. Ironing board. Clean beds. Water in room. Fan in room. Staff were kind.

Cons:

Basement room. Smelt old. Bathroom was cracked, damp and very botched. Floors in the room were lifting. Dirty net curtains. Room was just very dated and in serious need of modernising. No breakfast on site.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, accesible para llegar y tomar el Subway o trenes.
El personal siempre fue super amable y atento a lo que nosotros pedimos, además de que la zona es muy silenciosa.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que, como muchos hoteles europeos , no cuentan con elevador y nos dieron la habitación más alta, entonces debimso subir muchas escaleras angostas con la maleta grande :(

A really lovely little hotel in the heart of London!
Pros:

A really lovely hotel in a good location. It’s a five minute walk to King’s Cross Station so it made travelling around London super easy. The staff are incredibly friendly and asked how our trip had been as we checked out. The rooms are clean too and have lots of little amenities to make your stay comfortable. Overall, a great little hotel!

Cons:

The rooms are a little small but it’s an old town house so you don’t expect there to be a lot of space.
