Location right next to the train station.
Ended up checking out early. There was a spider right outside my room and an even bigger one inside. Stains on bedding. Terrible spotlights and no full length mirror in the room. Little UHC milks were out of date and when I messaged the staff about it I got no reply. There was no option for a do not disturb sign and no inkling someone would be going in my room, I was not expecting room service at such a cheap price in what is clearly just a converted house, the lady who checked me in did not mention this either. As a single person I didn't really need a change of towels after just arriving the night before, but the next day I got back and someone had clearly been in the room and left towels on the bed with no communication whatsoever. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable that the staff just help themselves in without warning and there's no sign you can put up for them to respect your privacy. Luckily nothing was missing. Do not stay here, it's not worth saving a couple of quid when you could actually stay somewhere decent.

The location is great, staff were very lovely and accommodating at check in. The rooms are small but they are accurately described so it was what we expected, they were clean and comfortable and good value for money!
The bathroom was very tiny and hard to navigate even for a small person
Konum mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. İki oda kiralamıştık. Bir oda fazla ufaktı, valiz bile açılmayacak kadar ufak.. Durumu belirttiğimizde bize daha büyük bir odayla değişim imkanı tanıdılar. Gerçekten anlayışlı insanlardı.

Location was brilliant and staff were lovely.
We arrived in the room, everything seemed perfect until we got to the beds, there were 3 bed bugs (googled to identify) and they were 100% bed bugs on the bed, and one on the wall! We had to be moved rooms. This ruined my stay, I had a rubbish sleep as this really unsettled me. The staff were lovely though.

Das Zimmer ist ein Loch. Kein Tisch, kein Stuhl. Man kann grad so ums Bett laufen. Eigentlich ne Frechheit, sowas zu vermieten. Frühstück wird gar nicht erst angeboten.
Für 1 Nacht zum Frühzug ne Erfahrung gemacht...
Decent check out time , clean , super size TV , friendly staff , quick check in , nice building , windows could be opened , bathroom .

The especially detested the stairs, tightness and size of the room and bath.
La personne à l’accueil a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, et c’est notamment pour cette raison que je laisse cet avis. Bien que l’hôtel soit un établissement deux étoiles, j’y ai trouvé toutes les commodités nécessaires. L’hôtel est situé en plein centre, la chambre était très propre et disposait de tout ce qu’il fallait.
Il n’y avait pas de climatisation, mais j’ai ouvert toutes les fenêtres et je n’ai pas souffert de la chaleur pendant la nuit, même si ma chambre était au quatrième étage.
Ce fut une expérience très agréable et je remercie encore une fois toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme. D’autres hôtels devraient vraiment prendre exemple sur eux !
Peut-être le petit-déjeuner devrait ajouter automatique dans le prix final .
