Final del mundial el domingo podrian haber tenido abajo un televisor para ver tofos
el spa, es muy bueno.
las instalaciones se ven deterioradas, los colchones no son el standart, los uniformes del personal tambien no se ven impecables, ha bajado el standart de la ultima vez que fuimos.

También sugeriría cambiar el piso de acceso a la piscina es demasiado resfaloso

Estado de toallas y falta de toallas en spa. Estado de las piezas ya están con descuido y aire acondicionado de pieza no funcionaba, desayuno poco variado

Algo descuidado en algunos lugares del establecimiento
El personal muy dispuesto a solucionar problemas importantes que presentan las instalaciones. Siempre amables y tratando de solucionar con lo que ellos disponían
La calefacción no funcionaba, había un termostato que regulaba la calefacción, el radiador tanto del living y pieza principal no funcionaba (nos prestaron calefactor eléctrico para solucionar la baja temperatura de la pieza). La temperatura del agua de la ducha baja, daba frío bañarse.
Pasillos públicos, espacios comunes como living, restaurante donde se sirve el desayuno, sin calefacción!!!!
