To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. La vista de las habitaciones y la comodidad de la cama.
La seguridad, cada vez que entramos al hotel, nadie nos saludo ni nos pregunto a donde íbamos o si éramos pasajeros. La instalación del aire acondicionado, se ve ordinaria, quita espacio y es ruidosa demás, se nota que no estaba en el diseño original,
El hotel se nota que no tiene mantencion hace mucho tiempo

- La mantención del Hotel, en algunas partes el techo estaba descubierto, dejando ver tuberías.
- El piso que conduce a las piscinas es laminado, lo que hace que sea resbaladizo, mi pareja estuvo a punto de tener un accidente por eso.
- El Desayuno es bueno, pero aburre que siempre sea lo mismo.
- El Casino cierra durante el día, es extraño, nunca me había encontrado con un casino que hiciera eso.
- Me he quedado en otros Enjoy, con una experiencia mucho mejor. Por ejemplo en la Serena, por estar hospedado en el Hotel, permitían acceder al casino de forma gratuita. Esto no pasa en Enjoy Chiloe
Cama cómoda, muy bueno el servicio de masaje . El personal muy atento, en recepción y en el restaurante ( desayuno), buena variedad en el desayuno.
Ventilación del dormitorio, disponía de aire acondicionado, muy malo por cierto, demasiado ruidoso, imposible mantenerlo encendido al momento de dormir. Demasiado ruido en los pasillos, la gente no respeta el sueño de lo huéspedes, pasaban gritando por los pasillos a la 3 y 4 de la mañana, imposible descansar. La ducha demasiado estrecha. No cuentan con restaurante en el mismo hotel, el minibar no funcionaba.

The view of the room. Good breakfast and attentive staff. Near public transportation.
Our room 418 needs some improvements. In the bathroom there was a hole near the dryer and the bathroom sealing around the tub was dirty and in abundance. The room was rented I imagined as regular room but we were given as apart hotel. If it was rented as apart hotel it did not have the necessary elements for using the kitchen.
