Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Una hermosa estadía en la Isla grande, pero con varios reparos.
Pros:

Muy linda vista al mar y excelente desayuno. El personal es muy amable y nos ofrecieron una estufa adicional que no sonaba en reemplazo del aire acondicionado que dejaba mucho que desear.

Cons:

La calefacción no funciona y tiene unos equipos de aire acondicionado que la reemplaza que suena mucho.
El agua de la ducha demora mucho en calentar y sale media tibia solamente. Una pena para un hotel tan bonito.

Las instalaciones del Hotel están muy descuidadas.

el personal muy atento y el desayuno bueno

Cons:

El hotel esta muy descuidado, muebles rotos, paredes con humedad en todo el hotel, la pieza tenia olor a desagüe, el personal hace su mejor esfuerzo para poder entregar un buen servicio pero las instalaciones están muy descuidadas.

Instalaviones deterioradas, cobros extra por uso de spa quee antes era gratis, sauna humedo en desuso, habitaciones in amenidades, sin alajamienrto basico, habia que pedir cada cisa que se necesitare del inexistente frigobar. Debi pedirr un papelero porque la habitacion no tenia, adi mismo un hervidor ya qur la cocina que tiene el depto no contaba con ningun elemento. La atencion desmejirada igualmente, pedi usar las instalaciones el dia del.check out y me dijeron que no se podia, posibilidad qur en mis anteriorrs visitas si existio...
