Average hotel. Needs more investment to customer care
Pros:

Big pool, nice property, many beach beds for free.

Cons:

Dinner is at the same place as breakfast. Feels like cheap buffet during dinner.
Staff is polite, but they will never bring you something, offer you something or do something you.
There is feeling they try to save money whenever they can.

Pros:

Hotel is beautifully presented, very clean throughout, staff were very friendly and accommodating,
Salads were always fresh
Popcorn and candy floss were enjoyed by daughter
Water slides were fun

Cons:

Food was basic, main dining area had no character or elegance, food on themed nights all tasted like cheap frozen foods, drinks all tasted flat & watered down, the scramble for poolside loungers was ridiculous, none left by 10am. Beach area is mainly stone & in water quite rocky

Walls are quite thin, noise from other guests was unbearable

Pros:

The resort is fantastic, lots of facilities, everything is well maintained and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly with our specific dietary requirements at the meals. The pools are amazing (specifically the kid's pool is great, even for a 1 year old).

Cons:

The room was a bit small, especially considering that we were in a larger (family) room. The all-inclusive food options outside of meal times could improved (no dairy-free ice cream, the same 3 whole fruits every day, popcorn only from 3-5pm). The range of all-inclusive drinks was very good but of low quality.

We had a fantastic stay at Esperides Beach Resort Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The food was one of the best parts of our experience — always fresh, delicious, and with a great variety every day. There was something for everyone, and every meal was beautifully prepared.

The staff were also exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always making sure guests felt comfortable and looked after. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference and created such a warm atmosphere.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. We would happily return again and highly recommend Esperides Beach Resort Hotel to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a wonderful holiday experience.

Een fijne vakantie gehad!
Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Iedereen deed zijn uiterste best om het de gasten comfortabel te maken. Toen het toilet op onze kamer een probleem had, werd dit uitstekend opgelost. Het eten was goed en er was veel keuze. Over het algemeen is alles erg schoon en netjes.

de familiekamers (met name het sanitair) zijn aan renovatie toe. Ook vond ik het in de ontbijt- en dinerzaal soms erg druk en zoeken naar een plekje, terwijl het nog niet eens hoogseizoen was.
Het is een groot resort waar ca 1500 mensen in terecht kunnen, je moet het dus wel prettig vinden om veel mensen om je heen te hebben.

L'insonorisation des chambres. La résonance dans le couloir des enfants qui crient et qui nous sort de notre sommeil.
