Pros:

Food was very good, variety, dessers was amazing!
Room is good and clean.
Beach is good with a lot of sun beds, little rocky, not sandy the beach.

Cons:

The hair dryer is very old - bring your own long hair ladies!

Es war alles tip-top. Hotelzimmer war bei der Ankunft sauber und ordentlich. Auch die Reinigungen während unseres Aufenthaltes war super. Das Hotel und die Anlage sowie der Strand waren generell sauber.Gefallen hat mir auch das man im Kinderbereich nicht rauchen durfte und die Leute sich auch daran gehalten haben. Essen war gut. Natürlich waren immer Sachen dabei die einem besser geschmeckt haben und wieder andere Sachen haben uns weniger zugesagt aber bei der großen Auswahl war immer etwas dabei. Außerdem gab es den ganzen Tag über verschiedene Speisen Angebote in der ganzen Anlage (zb. Waffeln, Eis, Zuckerwatte, Pizza usw.) Eines unserer beiden Zimmer konnten wir früher beziehen als 15 Uhr. Das andere war gegen 13 Uhr fertig. Also auch top. Die Cocktails waren auch sehr gut obwohl sie an den verschiedenen Bars unterschiedlich gemacht werden. Unseren Kindern haben die Wasserrutschen besonders gut gefallen. Der minimarkt im Hotel selbst ist sehr praktisch und hat bis spätabends offen. Liegen reservieren vor der poolöffnung ist verboten dadurch haben wir auch um 11 Uhr noch ausreichend freie Liegen gefunden sowohl am Strand als auch an den Pools. Sehr zu loben ist auch das Animation-team. Egal ob man mitgemacht hat oder nur zugesehen hat es war immer sehr lustig und es gab verschiedene Angebote. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Softdrinks sind sehr süß da sie nur Sirupe sind. Habe abends oft nur Wasser getrunken da die Getränke zu süß waren. Leider haben wir in keinem der Restaurants und Bars auch nur eine einzige reife Bananen gefunden. Alle waren grün aber das ist schon raunzen auf sehr hohem Niveau.

והילדים הכי אהבו את המגלשות ושזה מגודר ויש מציל וזה ממש נוח

אין מקום בבריכה בכלל! האוכל כל יום כמעט אותו הדבר,
בחדרים בקרקע החדר התמלא בנמלים כל הזמן… לא משקיעים בשטיפת החדר בזמן השהייה, המים בבריכה של הקטנים קפואים!! לא ברור למה.. אין תעסוקה לתינוקות

The hotel is nice, it is definitely very suitable for children, everything is at hand, there is nowhere to get lost. The food was good. The staff is hardworking and kind.

Cons:

The hotel room is very tastefully decorated, but the walls are very thin. The wall where the TV is is even thinner, and so is the neighboring room, two TVs practically next to each other. We had very noisy neighbors who came to the room at midnight and turned on the TV very loudly, it was very annoying. If we had stayed there for more than 3 days, we would have asked for a room change, or for the hotel manager to resolve the situation. This is very ill-conceived, it is not enough for the room to be nice, it must also be functional.

לא ידענו שישנם חדרי פרימיום שהם משופצים. החדר שלנו לא היה משופץ לכן התאכזבנו.
