Il proprietario e’ poco empatico mancano le basi della professionalità e accoglienza che in questo lavoro sono le basi. Non mi è stato fornito il Wi-Fi. E non era presente neanche nella reception o in camera, una bottiglia da 0,5 di acqua come kit benvenuto solo per un giorno, colazione poco fornita. mancano accoglienza e sorrisi. Ambiente freddo e distaccato. In un lavoro come questo l ambiente accogliente e sano rende il soggiorno più che piacevole. Anche il check out gestito molto male

Super Hotel für Besuch in Verona
Pros:

Tolle typisch italienische authentische Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegt, alles sauber und für 2 Sterne gut eingerichtet. Parkplatz vor dem Haus kostenlos

Cons:

Die Brötchen zum Frühstück waren sehr hart und kaum zu essen. Gottseidank gab es Crossiants. Ausserdem war das Restaurant am Samstag Abend geschlossen. Die Internetseite sagt darüber aber nichts aus sondern zeigt lt. Öffnungszeiten geöffnet an. Das war schade denn das Restaurant scheint lt. Beschreibung ein sehr gutes mit authentischer Küche zu sein.
