Nice stay near Honqiao airport
Pros:

Hotel was in a nice location. Very close to the airport and NECC. The hotel staff made my stay very comfortable and can communicate fluently in English. Will definitely come back on my next stay in Shanghai.

Cons:

The frequent airplanes passing by were a bit annoying but once I fell asleep it was not a problem at all.

We had a great visit to the Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao, and would be glad to return.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and very well decorated. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the room service pizza that we ordered after getting in from a late flight. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Luna at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful! The customer service all around was wonderful, we had many great interactions with the staff. We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn!

Excellent stay - Beyond Expectation
Pros:

I had a truly wonderful stay and was completely satisfied with the experience. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the trip even more memorable.
The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and offered an absolutely impressive view. One of the highlights was watching numerous aircraft take off and land throughout the day, creating a fascinating and unique airport-view experience.
The hotel's location is perfect for travelers, with convenient access to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. This made getting around extremely easy and stress-free.
The staff (Tina) was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
A special touch that I greatly appreciated was the complimentary fruit platter provided in the room. It was fresh, beautifully presented, and added a thoughtful personal touch to the stay.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect—from the room upgrade and stunning view to the excellent location, outstanding service, and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.
