The room was even bigger than I initially assumed, and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, having a nice number of options to choose from. Staff was also very helpful with ironing clothes.

Para nosotros el hotel estuvo de 10. Suite con dos habitaciones amplias y 2 baños. Todo super limpio y con piscina. Personal muy amable. Volveria sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Esta un poco lejos del old town pero a su vez es tranquilo. Con Grab los desplazamientos son faciles

It’s very peaceful and beautiful place with friendly people. We love the place

We returned to stay here again, their staff are so lovely and helpful, clear communication and always willing to help. We are so grateful for receptionist Fin and Mi.

Even the location is not around old city. But there are few nearby location you can visit. Also grab is not expensive. The hotel room is big , plenty of space for packing. Also it’s very quiet all the time so it’s great for light sleepers. They offer Buffet breakfast and their pool is pretty big and clean. 2 mins walk we found a great Thai restaurant and cafe. Also very cheap laundry mat nearby.

We tried to stay in the old city. But most of building inside are not good for sound proofing also very small rooms. So we returned and feel so happy for our decision

Stunning hotel in heart of Chiang Mai
Pros:

Loved the pool, great service, nice breakfast with something different each morning. Very close to attractions and still felt like we got the local experience. Close to shops, 7-11, Street food, Temples.

Cons:

Pretty sure I got upset gut from the water at breakfast, drink bottled water only!
Wish the pool opened earlier than 9am

Pros:

People are really friendly. Rooms very clean and an amazing swimming pool (it is a must in Chiang Mai). The breakfast was very complete.

Cons:

Location is not in the middle of the city, but you find everything you need around (laundry, 7 eleven, restaurants, pharmacies, etc). And also, you can get to the city with Bolt very cheap. And most of the excursions pick you up in the hotel without extra charge.

Staff is amazing. Everything is perfect but please be aware around swimming area , it will be slippery and room as well. My daughter was slipping two times at wooden floor near swimming pool. Thanks
