I sincerely hope that Sun Inn Hotel (KJ) take some serious action to improve.
Pros:

1)The location is strategic
2)Room rate is reasonable
3)Near to amenties and public transport

Cons:

1)The room given is near to the lift which will be a bit noisy.
2)The room was not well checked as the drain pipe was badly stucked once we used the bathroom. It was being fixed after we complained to the front desk.
3)The air conditioner is not functioning at all, no further action taken after complained. Stay for four hot nights.
I used to booked this hotel as it's a pretty good choice, regret to say that the quality of Sun Inn Hotel (KJ) need to be improved. Thank you for your concern.

Ada penghuni yang merokok di koridor, bilik saya tiada tingkap so jadi sesak nafas bila asap rokok masuk dalam bilik. Terpaksa tutup lubang dekat bawah pintu untuk elak bau rokok masuk bilik.
