The room was a bit moist

The room has no actual window. The air circulation is bad. Sleeping is not well.

We highly recommend, especially if you are taking the train to or from Hanoi, it’s super close to the station (and the train street)
Their gym might need an upgrade but they also share with every guest that there is another gym 3 mins walk down the street!

We booked a cruise to Ha Lang Bay eith them. The cruise was very expensive and felt we were over charged after the experience

staff was great
We organised our stay months in advance and were in contact via WhatsApp with Aimee after booking, as I had a few questions before flying to Hanoi. She was fantastic, very helpful and responsive. She also arranged our trip to Ha Long Bay and the boat cruise, which was absolutely wonderful. The other ladies at the front desk were great as well, though I’ve unfortunately forgotten their names.
We stayed on the 5th floor and the room was excellent and spacious, with a queen bed and a single bed.
We had a view overlooking the road and surrounding buildings. Fresh bottles of water were provided daily, the room was clean, and the shower was very good.
Breakfast was buffet-style, with omelettes, fried eggs, and other items made to order. Everything was fresh and enjoyable.
We did have a small issue with some “lost” property, but the hotel handled it superbly. I really couldn’t fault the front desk team or the breakfast staff.
Location is really good too.

Great location, in a more quiet street but right near train street so close to the heart of Hanoi, about a 10 min walk into old quarter. Great breakfast, staff went above and beyond booking us transport, activities and other accomodation within Ninh Binh. Ellie is truly amazing!!

The breakfast could have been slightly more varied and the bathroom was quite mouldy in some areas.
