The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the old town and close to shops, restaurants and cafes.
Claire and the rest of the front of house staff are outstanding - fun, friendly and helpful; thanks for the great experience . The housekeeping team also do a great job keeping the hotel impeccably clean.
The bed was big and comfortable - the shower was good
The room had no windows and with the dark furnishing was a bit depressing without natural sunlight, but at least there was no road noise.
The WiFi in the room wasn’t that great which made online meetings challenging.
Breakfast was OK but no excuse not to have fresh bread everyday - one day it was frozen in the middle

Everything with the stay was great. They have 24hrs reception which was really helpful as we landed Hanoi at around mid night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tom and Jack were very professional and went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. The location is perfect for first timer as its closer to everything.

Mr Tom and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Mr Tom arranged tours/trips for us and nothing was a problem. The meals from the restaurant were delicious and the breakfast buffet was superb. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was great. Within walking distance to lots of attractions and only I block back from Train Street. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning 😊
