Excellent service
Pros:

Excellent location in the old quarter not far from Hanoi corner and 3 mins from the train street. Also on a street with great exchange rates and good suitcase repair services. Room was clean and great.

Staff were amazingly helpful. They gave me a free upgrade. All trips to Sapa and Ninh Binh were arranged at a decent price and comfortable. When I was back from Sapa early morning the staff even gave me a temporary room to crash while my upgraded room was getting ready. And on the last day allowed me to have a shower after checkout since my flight was late. Never had better service.

Cons:

Gym. Could be better.

Perfect stay in city centre
Pros:

Tom was fantastic and all the staff were so friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel is very stylish and luxurious. Our room was huge with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was great with eggs cooked to whatever way u want and endless fruit and other things available. Location is perfect 5 min walk from train street.

Pros:

Отличный завтрак, отличный персонал! Удобные для семьи с детьми смежные номера (без окон, правда).

Cons:

Не то место, где можно в лобби посмотреть в компании болельщиков финал чемпионата мира по футболу.

Comfortable stay in the old quarter.
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean, great breakfast with many options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of the Old Quarter, the Train Street is nearby.
