Cons:

Bildene av rommet stemte ikke overens med virkelighet. Luktet kloakk på bad og va tydelige vannskader/råteskader på bad og fra bad og ut i hovedrommet. Ikke verd pengene.

Purtroppo la stanza non corrispondeva alla descrizione
Pros:

Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura si trova in prossimità della stazione Termini ed è facile da raggiungere. Ha anche un'area antistante molto comoda per scaricare i bagagli, quando si è in auto. La sala colazione è molto bella e la colazione offre numerose opzioni tra dolce e salato.

Cons:

La camera che ho avuto non corrispondeva alla descrizione di quella prenotata (premium collection). Non aveva il pavimento in parquet o legno, come descritto, e accanto al letto c'erano solo prese usb. Il bagno era straordinariamente diverso rispetto a quello mostrato in foto: era una sorta di "cabina", collocata in un angolo della stanza, per un'altezza pari a 2 metri o poco più (il soffitto della camera era molto alto): zero privacy e zero possibilità di chiudersi a chiave.
Inoltre la camera non era insonorizzata, come invece riportato nella descrizione: essendo al primo piano, era possibile sentire chiaramente il traffico della città sin dalle prime luci dell'alba. Il ripiano su cui era collocato il lavabo riportava numerose macchie bianche circolari (tappi di dentifricio?).
Purtroppo, pagando così tanto, si diventa molto critici.
Infine, la stanza non era raggiungibile con l'ascensore, se non usando quello dello staff, perché collocato in un piano ammezzato.

Our stay was warm and memorable.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, they were all knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. The morning reception staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Marko resolved all of our queries regarding restaurant bookings and transport and was even kind enough to take us up to the rooftop bar on our final day so that we could have our picture taken. The stay was memorable and that was down to the staff.

Pros:

The property is great, it’s close to the Roma termini train station which is very convenient. The staff at the property is very friendly and genuinely nice. Rooms are in excellent condition too as on May 2026. Overall, a great hotel and worth every penny spent.

Lage, Ausstattung, Concierge top, Poolnutzung ohne Terminbuchung wäre wünschenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. 2min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

Die Pasterie beim Frühstück (Kuchen,Torten, etc.) war sensationell gut.

Concierge-Service war top. Und die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sehr edel und elegant gestaltet.

Cons:

Die Poolnutzung ist extra zu buchen (per Termin) und kann nicht ohne „Buchung“ benutzt werden, da es Teil vom Spa ist. Ist bei 5* und dem Preis eher enttäuschend. Hier erwarte ich mir als Gast, dass ich zumindest den Pool während der Kernzeit jederzeit benutzen darf.
Beim Frühstück wirkt das Personal etwas überfordert. Es dauerte eine Zeit bis Brot, Eier, etc. nachgeliefert wurde und die „Pancake-Station“ besetzt wurde.
