Quando l'accoglienza fa davvero la differenza
Pros:

Albergo estremamente comodo, situato proprio di fronte alla stazione di Roma Termini: si esce dalla stazione, si attraversa la strada e in pochi passi si è già arrivati. Un dettaglio che rende particolarmente semplice la gestione dei bagagli, sia all'arrivo sia alla partenza.
A questa posizione davvero strategica si aggiunge un valore ancora più importante: uno staff meraviglioso, sempre disponibile, cordiale e autenticamente attento a far sentire ogni ospite accolto e coccolato.
Le camere coniugano con grande equilibrio il design moderno degli arredi con gli elementi architettonici di pregio di un palazzo d'epoca, creando ambienti eleganti, ricchi di fascino e al tempo stesso estremamente confortevoli

Great location, let down by rooms needing renovation and better cleaning!
Pros:

The location was very good, near the Rome train station and close to nearby sights and restaurants. The breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It did not meet our expectations of a five star property, there were broken floor tiles in the bathroom and shower, stains on the walls and black mould on the ceiling. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were moved to a more sufficient room. They acknowledged the state of the first room wasn't acceptable and did what they could to make amends.
