The shuttle service is only free FROM the airport to the hotel. Why?
Son emplacement, la propreté des chambres. Malgré que la navette pour l’aéroport soit payante, c’est très pratique.
Peut-être le fait que personne ne parle un peu de français. Notre anglais et allemand sont très basiques. Malgré que le réceptionniste était très souriant, il parlait beaucoup trop vite anglais. Nous avons dû lui demander de répéter à plusieurs reprises afin de comprendre les informations données. Par la suite nous avons trouvé au final une personne parlant italien.

Shuttle Bus fuhr nicht wie vereinbaret. Immer 15 und 45 ab, waren schon um 35 da, wurden aber 05 ab abgeholt und entsprechend auch “sehr zügig” ins Hotel gebracht. Der Buschaffeur hat am Telefon seinen Vorgesetzten angelogen (sassen unmittelbar in den Sitzen hinter ihn) und weil er so schnell wieder weg wollte, 2 anderen Passagiere nicht gesehen.
Beim Aus checken, unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, 3:30 Morgens, bei der Schlüssel-Abgabe wo wir gemeint hatten, dass am Tag davor die Kreditkarte belastet worden sei, schreit dieser bei voller Rezeption “ Sie haben das Zimmer noch nicht bezahlt” Ce le ton qui fait la musique” wo wir dann gezahlt hatten und ich auf der Rechnung die Tax Kosten wieder gesehen hatte und einen Kommentar meinen Sohn gegenüber gemacht habe, schreit der mir wieder hinterher, die Tax Kosten haben wir nicht nochmals belastet.
Freundlichkeit geht anders. Wie am Abend davor zum Beispiel.

Keine Erreichbarkeit am Telefon, Shuttlebus zum Flughafen voll trotze Buchung, Taxi war eine Limousine, die für 1.4 km - knapp CHF 30.00 berechnete
Nu am servit micul dejun. Mi a placut amabilitatea angajatilor. Ca poti face bezna in camera. Ca este aproape de aeroport.
Nu mi a placut ca nu am gasit loc ptr transferul la aeroport, luand tot tramvaiul. Desi aveam espresor cu capsule in camera, acesta indoia pastila.
Die Unterkunft im Hotel Dorint Airport in Glattbrugg ist wie immer topp.
Wir werden demnächst wieder buchen für März 2027.
Das Personal sehr Freundlich.
Wir essen immer dort Nachtessen. 😋
Wir können uns nicht beschweren , da es immer alles bester Zufriedenheit ist.
Wenn man schreibt es hat eine Klimaanlage und es hat dann keine ist das schlecht und nicht akzeptabel.
The staff in the morning when we left. was excellent. The staff in the evening when we arrived was ok. Could have been more welcoming.
