Overall, not bad!
Pros:

Not a bad hotel for sure!

Cons:

I looked at the breakfast menu and the charge of MYR40 and the actual food offered, it may not be good value. I did not try it.

Penginapan yang sangat selesa, bersih, dan lokasi yang strategik di Kota Kinabalu!
Pros:

Lokasi hotel yang sangat strategik di tengah bandar, bilik bersih, katil selesa, dan urusan daftar masuk yang cepat. Kakitangan juga sangat ramah dan membantu. Saya pilih hotel ini kerana ia memendekkan perjalanan saya utk ke terminal bas kk-Ranau.

Electronic doorlock woke us in the middle of the night

The electronic doorlock that woke us up at 3 in the morning and wouldn't stop making noice. So we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night and were not compensated at all.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Always can't get invoice during request.always tell us to get from booking.com.com. during booking already request from the booking. And booking show request from property...

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was unacceptable — there was hair and dust all over the bed, and the sink was dirty. When we complained, housekeeping only removed the visible hair and did not even replace the bed sheets. Even the pillowcase has black mold spots on it.

We wanted to cancel the next day’s booking due to the poor hygiene conditions. The front desk told us that only the supervisor could process the request and asked us to wait until the next day. We left our phone number, but nobody ever contacted us. In the end, we were unable to cancel the room.

Poor cleanliness, poor communication, and poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend this property.
