Wir haben zwei Schlüssel bekommen, die eine hat aber nicht funktioniert und gegen 23:00 als wir rein wollten, haben wir ein paar Schwierigkeiten gehabt.

Pros:

Schönes großes Apartment mit Balkon. Bequeme Betten, Küchenzeile, Sofa.
Parkplatz auf dem Hof vorm Eingang. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Etwas laut von der Straße, da die Fenster nicht wirklich Schalldicht sind.

An den sonnigen Tagen hat sich das Zimmer enorm aufgeheizt.

Wir waren insgesamt durchaus zufrieden mit Lage und Ausstattung und werden gerne wiederkommen!
Pros:

Die Lage innerhalb Berlins ist ungewöhnlich, fast idyllisch. Die Park-Anlage abgegrenzt vom fließenden Verkehr wirkt wie eine Oase der Ruhe. Dieses Gefühl pflanzt sich fort bei dem Blick aus dem Appartement im vierten Stock auf die Stadt. Das Zimmer selbst ist ausreichend geräumig.

Cons:

Der Boden ist im Schlafbereich mit Teppichware ausgelegt, im restlichen Bereich mit Laminat; das wirkt eher ernüchternd und bringt den Gesamteindruck des Zimmers auf "nüchtern"; hygienisch korrekt, aber nicht wirklich gemütlich.
